Every week we bring you a list of the top former Tigers players who continue their career in pro basketball.
Especially interesting is good performance of Jeremiah Bailey (25 points), Alphonso Anderson (25 points), and Luke Avdalovic (17 points).

#1. Jeremiah Bailey, a 27-year-old forward standing at 6'7'' who graduated from Pacific in 2022 and received the All-WCC Honorable Mention award that year, currently plays professionally in Slovakia. In a recent game, Bailey led the Nitra Blue Wings to a significant 81-74 victory over the closely-ranked Slovan team in the Slovakian Tipos Slovenska Basketbalova Liga. His outstanding performance earned him the title of MVP of the game, as he scored 25 points, secured 8 rebounds, provided 5 assists, and made 3 steals in 34 minutes of play. The game between the Blue Wings and Slovan was highly anticipated as it featured two top 4 ranked teams facing off. Nitra Blue Wings, currently holding the second position in the league with a record of 25-11, celebrated their fourth consecutive victory thanks to Bailey's exceptional skills on the court. His remarkable statistics of 25 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists in the game against Slovan highlighted his talent and contribution to the team's success. Bailey's consistent performance throughout the season is evident in his average stats of 10.0 points per game, 5.7 rebounds per game, 3.0 assists per game, and 1.7 steals per game across the 21 games he has played so far this year. His impactful presence on the court not only elevates his team's performance but also establishes him as a true champion in the league.

#2. Alphonso Anderson, a 29-year-old 6'7'' forward and Tigers alumnus from 2022, recently received the prestigious CoSIDA NCAA Division I Academic All-District 8 Team award. He currently plays professionally in Mexico and made a significant impact in a recent game for Pioneros de Los Mochis. In a thrilling match against the third-ranked Halcones de Ciudad Obregon, Alphonso led his team to a remarkable 110-103 victory. His stellar performance on the court earned him the MVP title, as he showcased his skills by scoring 25 points in just 30 minutes of play. Despite Pioneros de Los Mochis being placed seventh in the league with a record of 16-18, Alphonso's contributions have been invaluable. As the regular season nears its end, every game becomes crucial, and Anderson's exceptional abilities will be vital for his team's success. With an impressive average of 15.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game over six games, Alphonso Anderson has been having a standout year individually. His dedication and talent have not only benefited his team but have also positioned him as a standout champion on the court.

#3. In the recent game, Luke Avdalovic, a 6'5'' guard who graduated from Pacific in 2023 and currently plays professionally in Croatia, showcased his skills for Dinamo. Despite his commendable effort as the second-best scorer with 17 points in just 21 minutes, Dinamo suffered a significant 110-91 defeat on the road against the formidable #4 ranked team, Samobor. This loss marked Dinamo's tenth consecutive defeat, highlighting the challenging season they have had. Avdalovic's performance against Samobor was indeed noteworthy, especially considering that he is only in his third season of professional basketball. His ability to contribute 17 points and 2 rebounds demonstrated his talent and potential on the court. While Dinamo couldn't secure the victory in this game, Avdalovic's consistent performance throughout the season is reflected in his solid statistics of 10.2 points per game and 2.0 rebounds per game across 25 games. Despite the team's struggles, Avdalovic's determination and skill as a champion player are evident, positioning him as a key player for Dinamo as they navigate the challenges of professional basketball. His efforts and performance on the court continue to showcase his growth and contribution to the team, setting the stage for future success as he progresses in his basketball career.

#4. Jacob Lampkin, a 6'9'' forward who is 30 years old and an alumnus of Seawolves from 2018, previously playing in the Pacific from 2014 to 2017, currently showcases his talent as a professional player in Japan. In a recent game, Lampkin led Kagawa Five Arrows to a significant victory over the fifth-ranked Albirex with a final score of 73-63 in the Japanese B3 League. Lampkin's stellar performance earned him the MVP title of the game, as he achieved a double-double by scoring 18 points, securing 11 rebounds, and contributing 4 assists in 35 minutes of play. Kagawa Five Arrows, with a record of 44-8, currently holds the top position in the league standings, thanks in part to Lampkin's consistent contributions. In another game against Niigata A, Lampkin once again exhibited his skills by scoring 18 points, grabbing 11 rebounds, and distributing 4 assists, ultimately leading his team to victory. His exceptional performance in this game even earned him the prestigious Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com, further solidifying his reputation as a champion and finalist in the league. Throughout the season, Lampkin has maintained impressive statistics, averaging 12.8 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game in 56 appearances. His consistent performance and leadership on the court have been instrumental in Kagawa Five Arrows' success and their current standing as league leaders.

#5. Croatian player Tonko Vuko, standing at 6'8'' and 31 years old, is a Pacific graduate from the class of 2017 currently playing professionally in Belgium. In a recent BNXT League matchup, Vuko, a key player for Brussels Basketball, faced off against the Kangoeroes but was unable to lead his team to victory. Despite his efforts, where he scored 8 points in 28 minutes of play, Brussels Basketball fell short by a narrow margin of 57-56 to the higher-ranked Kangoeroes (#8) in Mechelen. The Regular Season has concluded in the BNXT League. During the game against Mechelen, Vuko showcased his skills by contributing 8 points and grabbing 3 rebounds. His individual performance was commendable, but unfortunately, it was not enough to secure a win for his team. Throughout this season, Vuko has maintained solid averages of 8.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game across 31 appearances.

#6. In the recent game, Burke Smith, a 23-year-old Tigers alumnus currently playing professionally in Australia, showcased his skills for the North Adelaide Rockets. Despite his remarkable performance, the ninth-placed N. Adelaide R. were decisively defeated 109-78 by the second-ranked Forestville Eagles in the Central group. Smith, a 6'11'' forward/center, displayed an impressive double-double by scoring 12 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, and providing 3 assists in just 28 minutes on the court. Facing off against the Forestville Eagles, Smith continued his strong play with 12 points, 10 rebounds, and 3 assists. His contributions were noteworthy, yet unfortunately, his team could not secure the victory in the game. Throughout this season, Smith has maintained solid statistics, averaging 14.0 points, 12.0 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game across six games. Despite the challenging outcome in the recent match, Smith's consistent performance highlights him as a promising talent in the league.
