Every week we bring you a list of the top former Lancers players who continue their career in pro basketball.
Notice impressive performance of Michael Smith (15 points), Jordan Heading (16 points), and Isaac White (13 points).

#1. Michael Smith, a 6'4'' guard who is 30 years old and a graduate of CBU in 2017, currently plays professionally in Argentina. Despite his impressive credentials, Smith could not assist Boca Juniors (20-15) in their recent game. Despite his commendable performance, Boca Juniors ended up losing 76-88 on the road to the formidable Quimsa, the current champions. Smith, however, stood out as the top scorer of the game with 15 points in 26 minutes of play. Although Smith showcased a strong performance with 15 points and 1 rebound against Quimsa, his team was unable to secure the victory. Throughout the season, Smith has maintained solid statistics, averaging 12.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game over the course of 29 games played so far.

#2. Australian Jordan Heading, a 6'2'' guard and 30-year-old Lancers alumni from 2019, showcased his skills in the Filipino Philippine Basketball Association. He plays professionally in the Philippines and recently led Talk N Text Tropang Giga to a thrilling 94-89 victory against the fourth-ranked Bolts last Wednesday. In the game, Heading demonstrated his prowess by recording 16 points and 2 rebounds in just 26 minutes of play, ultimately propelling his team to victory as the champion of the match. Despite Talk N Text Tropang Giga currently holding the eighth spot in the league with a 6-6 record, Heading's remarkable performance has been instrumental in their success. Throughout this season, he has been consistently contributing with an average of 8.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game across 15 appearances. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that Heading holds both American and Australian citizenship, allowing him the flexibility to play in Australia as a domestic player. His versatility and talent on the court continue to solidify his reputation as a standout player in the basketball arena.

#3. Australian Isaac White, a 6'2'' guard at 27 years old who graduated from CBU in 2021 and currently plays professionally in Australia, demonstrated his prowess on the basketball court by leading the Rockingham Flames to a resounding victory against the 13th-ranked Senators with a dominant score of 100-68 in the Australian NBL One second division last Saturday. In this impressive performance, White contributed 13 points and 3 assists in just 19 minutes of play, showcasing his efficiency and impact on the game. The Rockingham Flames, currently holding the top spot in the West group with a record of 9-2, secured their fifth consecutive win, thanks in large part to White's stellar performance. During the game against the Senators, White displayed his all-around skills by not only scoring points but also grabbing 2 rebounds and providing 3 assists. His ability to make significant contributions in multiple aspects of the game highlights his capabilities as a champion player, instrumental in leading his team to victory. Individually, White has been having an exceptional season with impressive statistics. He is averaging 28.3 points per game, ranking fourth in the league, along with 5.2 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 1.1 steals per game across nine games. His consistent high-level performance reflects his dedication and skill as a finalist athlete in the Australian NBL One.

#4. Australian champion Keanu Rasmussen, a 6'2'' guard who is 23 years old and an alumnus of the Lancers from the class of 2023, currently plays professionally in New Zealand. In the recent game, despite Rasmussen's stellar performance, the Hawkes Bay Hawks (2-6) were unable to secure a victory, suffering a 98-82 defeat at the hands of the higher-ranked (#6) Bulls in Pukekohe. Rasmussen led the team in scoring with 19 points, also contributing 5 rebounds and 5 assists in 37 minutes of play. This impressive performance is a testament to his skills, especially considering he is only in his third season of professional basketball. Throughout the season, Rasmussen has maintained high statistics, averaging 21.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.6 steals per game over eight games. Additionally, it is interesting to note that Rasmussen holds dual American and Australian citizenship, allowing him the flexibility to play in Australia as a domestic player.

#5. Brandon Boyd, a 5'11'' point guard who graduated from CBU in 2020 and received the All-WAC Newcomer of the Year award that year, currently plays professionally in Puerto Rico. Recently, he competed for Mets de Guaynabo in a game against the Criollos in the Puerto Rican Baloncesto Superior Nacional. Despite his efforts, Boyd, with only 4 points and 4 assists in 9 minutes of play, could not lead Mets de Guaynabo to victory over the Criollos, resulting in a 109-92 loss for his team. In a separate game against Caguas, Boyd showcased his skills by contributing 4 points, 2 rebounds, and 4 assists, yet his team still fell short of securing a win. Throughout the season, Boyd has maintained an average of 4.2 points per game and 1.7 assists per game in the 20 games he has played.

#6. Marquise Mosley, a 29-year-old point guard standing at 5'7'' and an Eagles alumnus from 2020, showcased his skills in the Salvadorean Liga Mayor Baloncesto last Wednesday. Playing for San Salvador, he led his team to an impressive 85-67 victory over the seventh-ranked Cojute. In just 17 minutes of play, Mosley made a significant impact by scoring 14 points, providing 4 assists, and securing 3 steals. His standout performance on the court was instrumental in securing the win for his team, highlighting his prowess as a champion player. Throughout the season, Mosley has maintained impressive statistics, averaging 17.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.9 steals per game over 12 matches. It is noteworthy that Mosley holds both American and Salvadorean citizenship, allowing him to compete in El Salvador as a domestic player. His contributions on the court have undoubtedly solidified his reputation as a formidable finalist in the league.

#7. Canadian player Blondeau Tchoukuiegno, standing at 6'2'' and 26 years old, completed his education at CBU in 2024 and currently competes professionally in Canada. In a recent matchup, Tchoukuiegno, although putting up a valiant effort, was unable to lead the Niagara River Lions to a victory over the Blackjacks. He managed to score 5 points and provide 3 assists during his 15 minutes on the court, but his team fell short with a final score of 85-91. Despite the defeat, Tchoukuiegno displayed an impressive performance in a game against Ottawa, contributing 5 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists. Unfortunately, his individual achievements were not enough to secure a win for his team. So far this season, Tchoukuiegno maintains an average of 3.0 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game across three matches.
