We bring you last week's top former Texans players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
Look at great performance of Josh Hawley (7 points), Daylon Guy (36 points), and Eric Williams (10 points).

#1. Josh Hawley, a 29-year-old 6'8'' forward who graduated from Tarleton St. in 2020 and received the All-LSC Second Team award that year, is currently playing professionally in Israel. Recently, he made a significant contribution to Hapoel Nofar Energy Galil Elyon's thrilling 87-83 victory over the second-ranked E. Netanya with his performance on Monday night. Despite playing just 12 minutes, he managed to score 7 points and secure 4 rebounds. This matchup was a highly anticipated game between two top 3 ranked teams in the group Places 11-14, with Hapoel Nofar Energy Galil Elyon holding the third position in this group with a record of 6-19. It is worth noting that this is Hawley's first season with the team, and his impact has been palpable. Hawley's impressive performance against E. Netanya not only helped his team secure the victory but also played a crucial role in them being crowned as the champion of the game. So far this season, Hawley has been averaging 7.7 points per game and 4.0 rebounds per game, showcasing his consistency and value to the team.

#2. Experienced champion Daylon Guy, a 6'0'' point guard who is 34 years old and an alumnus of Texans from 2014, currently plays professionally in the TBL. In a recent game, he led the Potawatomi Fire to a resounding 148-103 victory over the Ads Sentinels, showcasing his skills and experience on the court. Guy's stellar performance earned him the MVP title of the game after recording a double-double with 36 points, 14 rebounds, and 9 assists in 43 minutes of play. The match was highly anticipated as it featured two top 2 ranked teams in the Central group, with Potawatomi Fire maintaining an impressive 17-0 record for the season. Guy's exceptional leadership and contributions have been instrumental in his team's success, as they have emerged victorious in all seventeen games leading up to the Quarter-Finals. Guy's outstanding season is highlighted by his remarkable statistics, averaging 21.7 points per game, 7.7 rebounds per game, 13.1 assists per game (leading the league), and 3.0 steals per game (also leading the league). His consistent and exceptional performance on the court has rightfully earned him the title of a true champion, exemplified by his recent recognition with the Triple-Double Badge from eurobasket.com.

#3. Eric Williams, a former Tarleton St. graduate and professional basketball player in Lebanon at the age of 40, recently made his debut for the struggling Tadamon team. In his first game of the season, despite his commendable performance of 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists in 28 minutes, his team suffered a significant defeat against the Beirut Club. The bottom-ranked Tadamon, unable to secure a victory, was outplayed by the higher-ranked Beirut Club, ultimately losing 91-67 at home. Williams, a seasoned champion, displayed his skills on the court, exhibiting his prowess as a top player. However, his individual efforts were not enough to lift his team to victory in the game last Saturday. With only one more game left in the Regular Season, Williams and his team face a critical match ahead. The final game will be pivotal for Tadamon as they strive to improve their standing in the league.

#4. Lue Williams, a 6'5'' guard who is 25 years old and an alumnus of Texans from 2024, is currently playing professionally in Canada. In a recent game, he was unable to lead the Montreal Alliance (2-4) to victory against the Honey Badgers (5-1) in the Canadian Elite Basketball League. Despite his efforts, the Montreal Alliance (#5) suffered an 82-80 defeat on the road to the Honey Badgers, marking their third consecutive loss. In the game, Williams showcased his skills by recording 5 points and contributing 6 assists in 29 minutes of play. Although he put up an impressive performance against Brampton, with 5 points and 6 assists, his team still fell short of securing the win. With an average of 9.4 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game this season, Williams continues to be a key player for the Montreal Alliance. While the team has faced challenges early in the season, Williams remains determined, knowing that anything can happen in the upcoming games.

#5. Canadian Shakur Daniel, a 6'6'' guard who graduated from Tarleton St. in 2023, showcased his skills in the Canadian Elite Basketball League by helping the Ottawa Blackjacks secure a 90-79 victory over the Alliance with his standout performance. Despite scoring only 2 points, he made a significant impact by contributing 7 assists during his 20 minutes on the court. The Ottawa Blackjacks, with a current record of 4-3 this season, have been relying on Daniel's playmaking abilities. In another noteworthy game against Montreal, Daniel displayed his prowess by scoring 2 points, collecting 2 rebounds, and distributing 7 assists, leading his team to a triumphant victory as the champion. Throughout the season, Daniel has been maintaining an average of 1.5 points per game and 2.0 assists per game, showcasing his consistent contribution to the team's success.
