#1. DeAndre Davis (6'7''-C-1994, played in 2015-17, plays pro in Kosovo) could not help Peja (19-9) in their game last Saturday. Despite his very good performance Peja was defeated 88-84 at home by the lower-ranked Ylli (#3). Davis was the top scorer with 16 points. He also added 5 rebounds in 24 minutes. It's Davis' first season with the team. This year Davis averages 7.9ppg, 4.5rpg and 2.1apg.
#2. Maurice Howard (6'1''-PG-1997, played in 2016-20, plays in Australia) contributed to an easy victory against the 15th-ranked Bendigo Braves (3-6) crushing them 110-75 in the Australian NBL One (second division) in Saturday night's game. He scored 10 points and added 6 passes. Waverley Falcons (2-7) are placed 17th in South group. Howard has relatively good stats this year 10.9ppg, 2.9rpg and 2.2apg in nine games he played so far. Howard is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
#3. Bassel Harfouch (6'4''-G-1993, played in 2011-15, currently in Lebanon) was not able to help one of league's weakest teams Sagesse in their game against Beirut Club (13-5) in the Lebanese LBL. Harfouch scored 7 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in only 10 minutes. Sagesse was defeated 105-101 in a derby game by the second-ranked Beirut Club. It was Sagesse's first loss after four consecutive victories. This season Harfouch averages 5.9ppg and 2.9rpg. He is a naturalized Lebanese.
#4. Justin Thomas (5'11''-PG-1997, played in 2020-22, plays pro in the TBL) led Reading Rebels to an easy victory against the Connecticut Crusaders (3-11) crushing them 143-109 in the TBL on Thursday night. He scored 11 points. The Reading Rebels have quite an impressive 14-3 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Thomas averages 5.5ppg and 1.5rpg in 13 games.
