#1. Keeshawn Kellman (6'8''-F-2000, played in 2019-23, plays pro in Germany) contributed to a MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg's victory against the second-ranked EWE Baskets (3-1) 65-59 in the German BBL last Saturday. He recorded 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 21 minutes. MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg (4-2) is placed sixth in the BBL. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. This year Kellman averages 6.0ppg and 6.2rpg in six games he played so far. He is a naturalized Guyanese.
#2. Devin Cannady (6'2''-G-1996, played in 2015-19, plays in Greece) helped Mykonou edge the closely-ranked Maroussi (2-3) 77-75 in the Greek GBL on Sunday night. He scored 10 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists. AO Mykonou (2-3) is placed seventh in the GBL. But the season just started, so everything may happen. This year Cannady averages 8.8ppg, 3.0rpg and 2.4apg.
#3. Ethan Wright (6'3''-G-2000, played in 2018-22, currently in United Kingdom) led Caledonia Gladiators to a victory against the sixth-ranked Manchester (1-1) 74-62 in the British SLB in Sunday night's game. Wright recorded 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists in 29 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his third season in pro basketball. Caledonia Gladiators (1-0) is placed second in the SLB. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. Wright has relatively good stats this year 14.6ppg, 5.3rpg, 2.4apg and 1.4spg in nine games.
#4. Spencer Weisz (6'4''-SG-1995, played in 2013-17, plays pro in Israel) managed to help Ironi Hai Motors Nes-Ziona to win against the closely-ranked Galil Elion (2-3) crushing them 81-55 in the Israeli Winner League last Sunday. He scored only 2 points, grabbed 6 boards, passed 6 assists and added 4 steals. Ironi Hai Motors Nes-Ziona (1-4) is placed second from the bottom (#13) in the Winner League. It was Ironi Hai Motors Nes-Ziona's first victory after four consecutive loses. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This season Weisz averages 8.8ppg, 4.0rpg, 2.8apg and 2.6spg. He is a naturalized Israeli.
#5. Matt Allocco (6'4''-G, played in 2020-24, plays in the NBA G League). He could not help the San Diego Clippers (1-1) to beat the Stockton Kings (1-1) in the NBA G League. Allocco did not have that impressive stats last Sunday. He scored only 2 points in 13 minutes. The San Diego Clippers (#9) lost 108-117 on the road to the Kings. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This year Allocco averages 1.0ppg in two games.
