#1. Tyquan Rolon, a 6'4'' guard/forward who graduated from LeMoyne in 2018, proved to be a valuable asset to his team when they clinched the Northeast Southwest Division Regular Season Champion title that year. Currently playing professionally in Puerto Rico, Rolon recently showcased his skills in a game where his team, Osos de Manati, faced off against the Santeros, who are ranked third in Group B. Despite his commendable effort, scoring 19 points, collecting 4 rebounds, and distributing 5 assists in 35 minutes of play, Manati narrowly lost 106-105 on the road. Rolon's consistent performance throughout the season is evident in his solid stats, averaging 13.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. It is noteworthy that Rolon holds dual American and Puerto Rican citizenship, allowing him to play in Puerto Rico as a domestic player. Despite the recent setback in the game against the Santeros, Rolon's talent and contributions on the court continue to make him a key player for Osos de Manati.
#2. CJ Asuncion-Byrd, a 6'5'' guard who is 30 years old and an alumnus of the Dolphins from 2019 where he helped them become the Northeast Southwest Division Regular Season Champion that year, currently plays professionally in Australia. Despite his best efforts, Asuncion-Byrd was unable to lead the Sandringham Sabres (7-6) to victory over the Blues (9-5) in the Australian NBL One, the second division of Australian basketball. In the game, he contributed 5 points in just 12 minutes of play. The Sandringham Sabres, who were in ninth place with a 7-6 record, suffered a close 99-95 defeat at the hands of the fifth-ranked Blues in the South group. This loss marked the end of Sandringham Sabres' three-game winning streak. Asuncion-Byrd notably showcased his skills on the court by scoring 5 points against Frankston B., demonstrating his value to the team. Throughout the season, Asuncion-Byrd has been averaging 6.3 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game. It is interesting to note that he holds both American and Australian citizenship, allowing him to compete in Australia as a domestic player.
