#1. Australian Tess Barnes, a 6'2'' guard/forward who graduated from Wyoming in 2025, made a significant impact in the recent Australian NBL One North game. Barnes, who was a key player in taking her college team to the final of the MWC Tournament, now plays professionally in Australia. In the recent match, she helped the Keilor Thunder secure a narrow 82-80 victory against the tenth-ranked Tigers with her stellar performance. Against the Tigers, Barnes showcased her skills by scoring 6 points, providing 4 assists, and playing for 22 minutes. Her contributions were vital in securing the two-point victory, highlighting her ability to perform under pressure. Keilor Thunder, currently placed sixth in the South group with an 8-5 record, greatly benefited from Barnes' all-around performance on the court. In another impressive display, Barnes played a crucial role in guiding her team to victory against Melbourne T. She scored 6 points, grabbed 3 rebounds, and dished out 4 assists, further solidifying her reputation as a champion player. Her consistent contributions have been instrumental in Keilor Thunder's success this season.
