Recently, she led her team, Panteras de Aguascalientes, to a thrilling 2-point victory over the formidable Adelitas in the Mexican Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional Feminil's second division. In this highly anticipated match between two top 4 ranked teams, Fitzgerald's stellar performance earned her the title of MVP of the game. During the intense contest, Fitzgerald displayed her exceptional skills by scoring an impressive 29 points and providing 5 assists in just 31 minutes of play. Notably, she showcased her accuracy by making all 9 of her free throw attempts. Panteras de Aguascalientes' triumph over Adelitas further solidified their position as the top team in the league with a record of 14-2. Fitzgerald's remarkable individual performance throughout the season is reflected in her impressive statistics, averaging 17.6 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game in the 10 games she has played so far. Her consistent contributions on the court highlight her exceptional talent and determination, establishing her as a true champion in the realm of professional women's basketball.
