We bring you last week's top former Redhawks players who are currently playing in pro basketball.



   #1. Experienced champion Aaron Broussard, a 6'5'' guard who is 36 years old and graduated from Seattle in 2012, currently plays professionally in Portugal. In a recent game, he played a crucial role in his team's dominant 94-79 victory over the eighth-ranked Braga in the Portuguese Liga Betclic Masculina. Broussard showcased his skills by scoring 8 points, grabbing 6 rebounds, and dishing out 6 assists in just 30 minutes of play. Sport Lisboa Benfica, where Broussard plays, is currently the top team in the league with a record of 20-2. This win marked their fifth consecutive victory, demonstrating their strong form. Broussard, in his fifth season with the team, continues to be a key player contributing to his team's success as a finalist. Throughout the season, Broussard has maintained solid statistics, averaging 12.8 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.6 steals per game in the 23 games he has played so far.    #2. Australian player Kobe Williamson, standing tall at 6'8'' and a 24-year-old forward, is a former Redhawks alumnus from 2025. In that year, he played a crucial role in helping them clinch the Australian NBL1 South Regular Season Champion title. Currently, he is showcasing his talent as a professional player in Australia. Recently, Williamson led the Knox Raiders to a convincing victory over the 19th-ranked United with a final score of 103-75 in an Australian NBL One game. In this matchup, Williamson displayed his prowess by achieving a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds in just 25 minutes of play, an impressive feat for a rookie in the professional basketball scene. The Knox Raiders, with an 8-3 record, currently hold the second position in the South group standings. In another remarkable performance against Geelong U, Williamson once again stood out by contributing 14 points, 13 rebounds, and 1 assist.    #3. Australian basketball player Brody Nunn, standing at 6'1'' and 23 years old, graduated from Seattle in 2024 before embarking on his professional career in Australia. In a recent Australian NBL One game, Nunn, a key player for his team, joined forces with his teammate Kobe Williamson, and their combined efforts led to a decisive victory against the 19th-ranked United with a score of 103-75. Despite scoring only 2 points in 12 minutes, his presence on the court was influential. The Gold Coast Rollers, currently holding a record of 5-1, are positioned second in the North group standings, with the recent win marking their fifth consecutive victory. This season marks Diop's eighth year with the team, showcasing his loyalty and dedication to the club. In an impressive display, Carter achieved a double-double by scoring 19 points, securing 10 rebounds, and contributing 4 assists during his 33 minutes on the court. Throughout the game, Carter's 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists were instrumental in securing the win for Caimanes, solidifying his status as a champion player. This season, Carter has maintained strong statistics, averaging 15.0 points per game, 8.1 rebounds per game, 2.1 assists per game, and 1.4 blocks per game across seven games. His consistent contributions on the court have undoubtedly established him as a key player and a force to be reckoned with in the league.

   #7. Canadian Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe, a 6'8'' forward aged 25, who graduated from Seattle in 2025 and received the All-WAC First Team award that same year, currently plays professionally in Canada. He is teammates with the aforementioned Cameron Tyson and recently shared the court with him in the latest Canadian Elite Basketball League game. Moncrieffe played a pivotal role in the Brampton Honey Badgers' triumph over the Blackjacks with a score of 91-86. In an impressive performance, he achieved a double-double by contributing 17 points and securing 14 rebounds in just 29 minutes of play. This game marked his debut for the Brampton Honey Badgers this season. In a subsequent match against Ottawa, Moncrieffe once again showcased his skills by scoring 17 points, grabbing 14 rebounds, and providing 2 assists to help his team secure the win.
