We bring you last week's top former Pirates players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Brazil Harvey-Carr, a 6'1'' forward who is 24 years old and graduated from Seton Hall in 2024, showcased her talent as a champion in a recent game where she led Abejas to a thrilling victory against the league leader Panteras in the Mexican Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional Feminil. Despite Abejas de Leon being at the bottom of the league, Harvey-Carr's exceptional performance of scoring 15 points, grabbing 5 rebounds, and providing 2 assists in 33 minutes proved instrumental in the team's 88-85 win. This remarkable display is even more impressive considering it is only her second season in professional basketball. Furthermore, this victory was a significant milestone for Abejas de Leon as it marked the end of a challenging streak of eight consecutive losses. Harvey-Carr's contributions in the game not only helped secure the win but also highlighted her skills and determination as a finalist. Her consistent performance throughout the season, averaging 8.6 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game, demonstrates her growing impact and potential as a key player for her team.
