Every week we bring you a list of the top former Mastodons players who continue their career in pro basketball.
#1. Jarred Godfrey, a 6'5" guard who graduated from PFW in 2023 and received the All-Horizon League Second Team award that year, currently plays professionally in Lithuania. In a recent game, despite his outstanding performance, Godfrey could not prevent his team, Nevezis, from being defeated 98-95 at home by Juventus, the #7 ranked team. Godfrey showcased his skills by scoring 19 points, grabbing 5 rebounds, dishing out 5 assists, and making 3 steals, all while maintaining a perfect free-throw record by converting all eight attempts during his 37 minutes on the court.
Godfrey's efforts were commendable as he stood out as the top scorer in the game against the finalists, Juventus. Although he put up an impressive performance, Nevezis was unable to secure the victory. With only one more game left in the Regular Season, the upcoming match will be crucial for Godfrey and his team.
Throughout the season, Godfrey has maintained solid statistics, averaging 11.0 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. His consistent contributions on the court have been notable, despite the challenges faced by Nevezis in their matchups, including the recent game against the champions.
