Here is the weekly review of the top performing Aces alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Experienced Lithuanian player Egidijus Mockevicius, a 6'10'' center aged 33, graduated from Evansville in 2016 and received the All-MVC Defensive Player of the Year award that year. Currently playing professionally in South Korea, Mockevicius recently played a crucial role in the Sono Skygunners' narrow 81-80 victory over the closely-ranked Egis in the Korean Basketball League. Despite only playing for 13 minutes, he managed to contribute significantly by scoring 8 points, securing 9 rebounds, and providing 1 assist during the game. This stellar performance was instrumental in his team's triumph, crowning him the champion of the match. The Sono Skygunners, currently ranked fifth in the league with a record of 28-26, have benefited greatly from Mockevicius' skills this season. He has been averaging 3.7 points per game and 4.9 rebounds per game, showcasing his consistency and value to the team throughout the season.

#2. Canadian point guard Shamar Givance, a 26-year-old athlete standing 5'11'' tall, is a Miners alumnus from 2023. He previously played for Evansville between 2018 and 2022 before moving on to play professionally in France. In a recent game, Givance played a key role in his team's dominant 99-75 victory over the 17th-ranked Calvados in the French ELITE 2 league, where he contributed 8 points and 5 assists in just 17 minutes on the court. Currently, Givance's team, Champagne Basket Reims, holds the tenth spot in the league with a record of 20-17. With only one more game left in the Regular Season, every match is crucial for the team's playoff hopes. This season marks Givance's first with the team, and he has been showcasing his skills consistently, as demonstrated by his strong performance against Caen, where he tallied 8 points, 1 rebound, and 5 assists. Throughout the season, Givance has been maintaining solid averages of 9.7 points, 2.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.1 steals per game. His contributions on the court have been instrumental in guiding his team towards success, showing his capabilities as a champion player.

#3. Jaylon Brown, a 31-year-old 6'0'' guard who graduated from Evansville in 2017 and was awarded the All-MVC Most Improved Player of the Year, currently plays professionally in Turkey. In a recent game, Brown's team, Aliaga Petkimspor Izmir, faced off against Tofas in the Turkish ING Basketbol Super Ligi. Despite Brown's efforts, scoring 5 points and providing 1 assist in just 13 minutes of play, Aliaga Petkimspor Izmir fell short to Tofas with a close score of 73-71 on the road. This loss marked Aliaga Petkimspor Izmir's third consecutive defeat, ending their Regular Season campaign. Throughout the season, Jaylon Brown has been averaging 6.6 points per game and 1.3 assists per game, showcasing his contributions to the team despite the challenging outcomes.
