We bring you last week's top former Demon Deacons players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. French champion Jaylen Hoard, a 6'9'' power forward who graduated from Wake Forest in 2019 and now plays professionally in Israel, showcased his skills by leading Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv to a decisive 81-69 victory over the eighth-ranked Hapoel Beer Sheva in the Israeli Winner League. Hoard, who was named the MVP of the game, demonstrated his versatility by contributing 16 points and 3 assists in just 21 minutes on the court. Currently, Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv holds the top spot in the league with an impressive record of 21 wins and only 1 loss. Their recent win marked the team's 16th consecutive victory, highlighting their dominance in the league. With only four games remaining in the Regular Season, every match is crucial as they aim to maintain their winning streak and secure a strong position for the playoffs. Hoard's outstanding performance against Hapoel Be'er Sheva not only showcased his scoring ability but also his playmaking skills and defensive presence, as he grabbed 3 rebounds and dished out 3 assists. His impactful contributions were instrumental in guiding his team to success, ultimately leading them to claim the title of champion of the game. Throughout the season, Hoard has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game. As a naturalized French player, he continues to impress with his talent and leadership on the court, making him a key asset for Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv in their pursuit of further victories and success in the league.

#2. Brandon Childress, a 28-year-old 6'0'' guard and former Demon Deacons alumni from 2020, currently plays professionally in Turkey. Despite his All-ACC Honorable Mention award in his final year at college, Childress couldn't lead Bursaspor Basketbol (10-20) to a win in their recent game against Pinar Karsiyaka, where they were narrowly defeated 84-82 on the road by the lower-ranked team (#14). Childress showcased his skills by scoring 14 points, grabbing 5 rebounds, and providing 7 assists in just 25 minutes of play. Even though the Regular Season has already concluded, Childress continues to impress with his overall performance this season. He is averaging 14.9 points per game, 2.6 rebounds per game, and 6.8 assists per game (ranking third best in the league), along with 1.8 steals per game (also ranking third best in the league). In the recent game against Karsiyaka, Childress displayed his talent on the court, but unfortunately, his individual efforts were not enough to secure a victory for his team.

Brown Jr. contributed significantly to the win, recording 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 blocks in 30 minutes of play. His stellar performance was crucial in propelling his team to triumph and securing their place at the top of the league standings as the champions of the match. With impressive season averages of 12.2 points per game, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists, Brown Jr. continues to be a key player for the London Lions as they aim for further success in the league.

In the recent game, Harris played for 17 minutes and managed to score 9 points. Despite his individual contribution of 9 points and 3 rebounds against the strong opponent PAOK, his team Peristeri suffered a 77-72 defeat at their home court against the higher-ranked PAOK (#3). This season, the finalist C.J. Harris has been maintaining relatively good statistics with an average of 10.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game. His performance continues to showcase his skills and experience in the competitive basketball league in Greece.
