We bring you last week's top former Bears players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Joshua Webster, a 6'3'' guard who graduated from Missouri St. in 2019, is currently playing professionally in Uruguay. Despite his impressive performance, the champion Malvin team, for which he plays, fell short in their recent game against Defensor. In a closely contested match, Malvin was narrowly defeated 92-90 by the lower-ranked Defensor in a derby game. Webster showcased his skills on the court, recording a double-double with 22 points and 11 assists, along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals, during the intense 41-minute game. His remarkable performance highlighted his prowess as a player, even though his team couldn't secure the victory. Throughout the season, Webster has maintained high statistics, averaging 15.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 5.9 assists (ranking third best in the league), and 1.4 steals per game in the 20 games he has played so far. His consistent contributions have been instrumental in his team's journey as they aim to reach the final.

#2. In Monday night's Bulgarian National Basketball League game, Lamont West, a 23-year-old forward standing at 6'8'' and an alum of Bears from 2020, showcased his skills as he led Cherno More to a thrilling 94-91 victory over Spartak Pleven. West's impressive performance included scoring 19 points, securing 3 rebounds, and providing 3 assists in 37 minutes of play. This victory marked Cherno More Ticha Varna's third consecutive win, propelling them to the third spot in the league standings. Throughout the season, West has been a standout player, consistently delivering strong performances. He has been a key player for his team, averaging 17.0 points per game, 6.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.5 steals in 33 games. His contributions on the court have not only elevated his team's performance but have also earned him a reputation as a true champion in the league.

#3. Alize Johnson, a 6'9'' small forward who is 30 years old and a 2018 graduate of Missouri St., is currently playing professionally in China. Recently, he played a crucial role in the Shenzhen Leopards' victory over the closely-ranked Golden Bulls with a final score of 108-95 in a Chinese Basketball Association game on Thursday night. Despite only playing for 9 minutes, Johnson managed to contribute 7 points and grab 5 rebounds, showcasing his impact on the court. The Shenzhen Leopards, with a record of 30-12, currently hold the third position in the league standings. In another standout game against Zhejiang GB, Johnson displayed his skills by contributing 7 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists, proving to be instrumental in securing the victory and solidifying his status as a true champion in the league. Throughout the season, Johnson has maintained strong statistics, averaging 12.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game in 20 appearances. His consistent performance and valuable contributions highlight his capabilities as a standout player and a finalist in the league.

#4. Keandre Cook, a 6'5'' guard and 29-year-old Bears alumni from 2020, currently plays professionally in Spain. In a recent game, Cook, an All-MVC Second Team awardee, competed for Rio Breogan Lugo against Baskonia but could not lead his team to victory. Despite scoring 9 points in 20 minutes of play, Rio Breogan Lugo suffered a tough 112-84 loss on the road against the higher-ranked Baskonia, currently at #4 in the standings. With only four games remaining in the Regular Season, each upcoming match becomes crucial for Cook and his team. During the game against Baskonia, Cook showcased his skills by contributing 9 points, 1 rebound, and 1 assist. Even though he put up an impressive performance, Rio Breogan Lugo was unable to secure a win. Throughout the season, Cook has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assist per game across 28 appearances.

#5. Puerto Rican Matthew Lee, a 6'0'' point guard aged 26, graduated from Missouri St. in 2024 and currently plays professionally in Puerto Rico. Despite his efforts, Lee, a standout player, could not lead the Santeros de Aguada (9-8) to victory against the Gigantes (9-7) in the Puerto Rican Baloncesto Superior Nacional. In this recent game, he showcased his skills by scoring 9 points and making 6 assists in just 19 minutes of gameplay. Unfortunately, the Santeros de Aguada, ranked third in their group, suffered a heavy defeat of 98-69 at the hands of the Gigantes in Carolina. This loss marked the fourth consecutive defeat for the Santeros de Aguada, a challenging streak for the team. Despite this setback, Lee, in his first season with the team, demonstrated his talent by contributing 9 points, 3 rebounds, and 6 assists in the game against Carolina. Throughout the current season, Lee has maintained an average of 7.1 points, 1.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game across 15 appearances. His dedication and performance on the court continue to make him a valuable asset for the Santeros de Aguada, as they strive to improve their standing in the league.

#6. British Wesley Oba, a 26-year-old forward standing at 6'8'' and an alum of Bears from 2025, currently plays professionally in Germany. Despite his notable performance, his team, PS Karlsruhe Lions, was defeated by a significant margin of 24 points, with a final score of 90-66. Oba's noteworthy contribution of 8 points and 11 rebounds highlighted his capabilities on the court, yet it was not enough to secure a victory for his team. Throughout the current season, Oba has maintained an average of 6.4 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per game across 34 games, showcasing his consistency and value as a key player for his team.
