Every week we bring you a list of the top former Patriots players who continue their career in pro basketball.
#1. Otis Livingston II, a 5'11'' point guard who graduated from GMU in 2019 and currently plays professionally in Spain, showcased his skills in a recent game for Basquet Girona. Unfortunately, despite his standout performance, Girona suffered a 100-90 defeat on the road against the lower-ranked Gran Canaria (#15).
Livingston II emerged as the top scorer for his team, contributing 19 points and 6 assists in just 26 minutes of play. His impressive display on the court highlighted his talent and ability to make an impact on the game.
Throughout the season, Livingston II has maintained solid statistics, averaging 12.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game. Despite his individual success, he continues to strive for victories and support his team in their quest to succeed in the league.
#2. Experienced Jamaican basketball player Shevon Thompson, who stands at 7 feet tall and plays as a center, is a 32-year-old former Patriots alumnus from 2016. He was honored with the Reese's NCAA D1 All-Star Game award in the same year. Currently, he is playing professionally in Serbia.
In a recent game in the AdmiralBet ABA League, Thompson played a crucial role in his team's convincing 86-68 victory over the league leader, Zadar, who had a record of 12-14. He contributed significantly with 10 points and 8 rebounds in just 17 minutes of play. This game was a highly anticipated matchup between two of the top 4 ranked teams in the league, with KK Spartak Office Shoes Subotica (14-12) holding the second position.
As the season progresses, Thompson's team has only one more game in the AdmiralBet ABA League Play-In, and it is expected to be a decisive one. This season marks Thompson's first with the team, and his performance against Zadar exemplified his skills and determination as a finalist player.
Throughout the season, Thompson has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.2 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per game. His consistent contributions on the court have solidified his reputation as a champion player.
#3. Zachary Anderson, a 6'7'' forward who recently graduated from GMU in 2025, played a pivotal role in helping his team become the Atlantic 10 Regular Season Co-Champion. Currently playing professionally in the United Kingdom for the Bristol Flyers, Anderson showcased his skills in a recent game against the Newcastle Eagles. He scored an impressive 19 points, grabbed 8 rebounds, and provided 3 assists in just 31 minutes of play, demonstrating his versatility on the court. Despite it being his first season in professional basketball, Anderson's performance was outstanding, contributing significantly to Bristol Flyers' 94-75 victory over the closely-ranked Newcastle Eagles.
With Bristol Flyers currently placed sixth in the league with a record of 15-17, every game is crucial as they head towards the end of the Regular Season. Anderson's consistent performance throughout the season, averaging 11.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game (ranking third best in the league), has been instrumental in his team's success. As they gear up for their final game of the season, Anderson's contributions will be vital in their quest to emerge as the champion.
#4. Javon Greene, a 6'4'' guard who is 26 years old and an alum of the Bulls from 2022, previously played for GMU between 2017 and 2021 before joining a professional team in North Macedonia. Despite his exceptional performance in the recent game, where he scored 23 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, and made 5 assists in 33 minutes, he could not lead Madzari to victory. The fourth-placed Madzari (14-13) suffered a 94-81 defeat at home against the top-ranked MZT Skopje in the Places 1-6 group.
Greene, who is in his first season with the team, has been having an impressive individual season with notable statistics. He is currently averaging 15.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 1.9 steals per game, making him a standout player in the league. With only two games remaining in the Second Stage, each upcoming game will be crucial for Greene and his team as they strive to secure a higher position in the standings.
Despite the loss against MZT Skopje, Greene's exceptional performance highlights his importance to the team and his ability to make significant contributions on the court. As a key player for Madzari, Greene's consistent performance and leadership will be essential as they aim to finish the season strong and compete against the top teams in the league.
#5. D'Shawn Schwartz, a 6'7'' forward who graduated from GMU in 2022 and received the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team award that same year, currently plays professionally in Germany. In a recent game, he suited up for Rostock Seawolves but unfortunately could not lead his team to victory against EnBW, who are ranked higher at #7 in the league. Despite his solid performance, Rostock suffered a 75-61 defeat in Ludwigsburg last Saturday.
Schwartz showcased his skills on the court by contributing 10 points and 7 rebounds in 26 minutes of play, making him the second-highest scorer for his team in that game. With only three games remaining in the Regular Season, every upcoming match is crucial for Rostock.
Although the team couldn't secure a win, Schwartz's performance was notable, displaying his scoring ability, rebounding prowess, and overall contribution to the game. Throughout the season, he has maintained solid statistics, averaging 13.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. Schwartz continues to be a key player for Rostock Seawolves as they strive to finish the season strong and make a push towards success in the league.
#6. Portuguese champion Daniel Relvao, a 6'10'' center aged 29 and an alum of the Patriots from 2017, who currently plays professionally in Portugal, played a crucial role in Sport Lisboa Benfica's dominant victory over Vasco da Gama, one of the weaker teams in the Portuguese Liga Betclic Masculina. The match ended with a resounding 103-70 scoreline in favor of Benfica.
In the game, Relvao showcased his skills by contributing 5 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 blocks in just 15 minutes of play. His impact was evident as he also provided 1 assist, further solidifying his influence on the court as a finalist. His stellar performance on that night was instrumental in guiding his team to success, highlighting his prowess and determination as a champion.
Throughout the season, Relvao has been averaging 4.1 points per game and 4.0 rebounds per game, demonstrating his consistent contribution to the team's overall performance.
#7. Jalen Jenkins, a 31-year-old power forward standing at 6'7'' who graduated from GMU in 2017 and currently plays professionally in Portugal, was unable to lead Ovarense (14-8) to victory in their recent game last Saturday. Despite his commendable performance, Ovarense suffered a 74-67 defeat on their home court in Ovar against the lower-ranked Braga (#8). Jenkins showcased his skills by scoring 11 points, securing 7 rebounds, and providing 1 assist during his 37 minutes on the court.
Despite Jenkins' impressive individual performance against Braga, where he demonstrated his scoring ability, rebounding skills, and passing acumen, his team was unable to secure the win. Throughout the season, Jenkins has maintained solid statistics, averaging 11.5 points per game (the second-best in the league), along with 5.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game. His consistent contributions on the court make him a valuable asset to the team, even in the face of challenging matchups like the recent game against Braga.
#8. French champion Nicolas Pavrette, a 24-year-old former Patriots alumnus from 2024 standing at 6'11'' and playing as a forward/center, has been making waves in the professional basketball scene in France. Recently, he received the prestigious Eurobasket.com All-Spanish LEB Silver First Team award for his outstanding performance.
In a recent match, Pavrette played a crucial role in Aix-Maurienne Savoie Basket's victory over Vendee Challans with a score of 98-87 in the French ELITE 2 league. During the game, he showcased his skills by scoring 9 points, grabbing 9 rebounds, and providing 3 assists in just 25 minutes of play. His remarkable performance against Challans was pivotal in securing the win for his team, ultimately leading them to be crowned as the champion of the game.
Throughout the season, Pavrette has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.4 blocks per game, ranking him as the fourth-best shot blocker in the league. His consistent contributions on the court have not only elevated his own performance but have also significantly impacted the success of his team, solidifying his position as a standout finalist in the league.
#9. Saquan Singleton, a 6'6'' guard who graduated from GMU in 2023 and currently plays professionally in Colombia, showcased his exceptional skills on Saturday night by leading Toros Del Valle to a decisive 85-63 victory over the closely-ranked Caimanes in the Colombian LBP. Singleton, the MVP of the game, put up an impressive stat line of 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists in just 17 minutes of play.
His stellar performance against the Caimanes not only helped secure the win for his team but also highlighted his prowess on the court. Singleton's remarkable display of talent further solidified his position as a champion in the league. This season, he has been a key player for Toros Del Valle, averaging 9.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists (leading the league), and 2.1 steals (third best in the league) per game.
