Every week we bring you a list of the top former Ducks players who continue their career in pro basketball.



   #1. Lydia Giomi (6'6''-F-1997, played in 2016-21, plays pro in Spain) led Ensino to a victory over the tenth-ranked Avenida (2-3) 73-65 in the Spanish LF Endesa in Sunday night's game. She was MVP of the game. Giomi had a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 13 rebounds in 33 minutes. Duran Maquinaria Ensino Lugo (4-1) is placed fourth in the LF Endesa. It was her team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Giomi has individually a very good year with high stats. She averages 17.6ppg, 8.2rpg and 2.2apg in five games she played so far.

   #2. Sedona Prince (6'7''-F-2000, played in 2019-23, plays in Greece) contributed to Panathinaikos' victory against the league leader Olympiacos (5-0) 97-88 in the Greek A1 last Saturday. She recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 12 rebounds. Prince also added and 3 steals; quite an impressive performance considering it's only her first season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Panathinaikos Athens (4-0) is placed first in the A1. So far her team won all four games in the Regular Season. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Prince has relatively good stats this year 13.0ppg, 7.3rpg and 1.8spg.

   #3. Holly Winterburn (5'10''-G-2000, played in 2019-20, currently in Greece) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Panserraikos (3-2) crushing them 78-54 in the Greek A1 on Saturday night. Winterburn scored 16 points and added 5 assists in 20 minutes. Athinaikos AS Vurona (4-1) is placed second in the A1. It was her team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This year Winterburn averages 9.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 5.3apg and 1.3spg in three games.

   #4. Mar'Shay Moore (5'8''-G, played in 2024-24, plays pro in Hungary) was the main contributor in BEAC's victory against one of league's weakest teams BKG Prima (0-7) 71-67 in the Hungarian A Division in Sunday night's game. She was MVP of the game. Moore recorded 26 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 3 assists. E.ON ELTE BEAC Budapest (3-4) is placed seventh in the A Division. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This season Moore has very high stats. She averages 15.3ppg, 4.9rpg, 2.1apg and 1.1spg.

   #5. Aina Ayuso (5'9''-G-1999, played in 2017-18, plays in Spain) managed to help Hozono Global Jairis Murcia in a victory against the closely-ranked Student (1-3) crushing them 99-62 in the Eurocup last Wednesday. She recorded 5 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists in 21 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Hozono Global Jairis Murcia (3-1) is placed first in the Eurocup. There are only two games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This year Ayuso averages 8.3ppg, 6.3rpg, 5.8apg and 1.5spg in four games.

   #6. Ruthy Hebard (6'4''-F-1998, played in 2016-20, currently in Poland) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Poznan 83-66 in the Polish OBLK on Sunday night. She scored 8 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, passed 3 assists and added 2 blocks. Hebard has relatively good stats this season 15.0ppg, 9.8rpg, 3.0apg, 1.6bpg and 2.0spg.

   #7. Ahlise Hurst (5'9''-G-2000, played in 2021-23, plays pro in Holland) could not help Jolly Jumpers Tubbergen (7-2) in their last game. Despite Hurst's very good performance Jolly Jumpers Tubbergen lost 69-79 on the road to the leading Grasshoppers. She was the second best scorer with 17 points. Hurst also added 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 23 minutes. Hurst has relatively good stats this year 13.0ppg, 3.2rpg, 2.2apg and 2.6spg in five games.

   #8. Alexis Whitfield (6'2''-F-2002, played in 2024-25, plays in Switzerland) was not able to help Troistorrents (3-3) in their last game on Sunday. Despite her good performance Troistorrents were defeated 87-73 at home by the lower-ranked Fribourg (#5). Whitfield was the second best scorer with 12 points. She also added 7 rebounds and dished 5 assists. Whitfield has relatively good stats this season 13.0ppg, 6.7rpg, 2.3apg and 1.5spg.

   #9. Morgan Yaeger (5'9''-G-1998, played in 2016-17, currently in New Zealand) contributed to an easy victory against the league outsider Kahu 85-66 in the New Zealand Tauihi Basketball Aoteroa on Sunday night. Yaeger scored 9 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 30 minutes. Yaeger has relatively good stats this year 10.9ppg, 2.1rpg, 3.7apg and 1.3spg in seven games.
