EuroBasket Pro Ducks Weekly Update

Every week we bring you a list of the top former Ducks players who continue their career in pro basketball.



   #1. Satou Sabally (6'4''-F-1998, played in 2017-20, plays pro in the WNBA) was the major contributor in a Phoenix Mercury's victory against the Minnesota Lynx (34-10) 86-81 in the WNBA on Sunday night. She recorded 21 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists in 36 minutes. The Phoenix Mercury has a solid 27-17 record this season. Sabally has individually a very good year with high stats. She averages 16.6ppg, 6.1rpg, 2.5apg and 1.3spg.

   #2. Mar'Shay Moore (5'8''-G, played in 2024-24, plays in Hungary) led BEAC to a victory over the closely-ranked UNI Gyor (1-1) 65-59 in the Hungarian A Division in Saturday night's game. Moore was MVP of the game. She recorded 15 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. E.ON ELTE BEAC Budapest (1-1) is placed sixth in the A Division. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Moore's first year with the team. Moore has relatively good stats this season 14.0ppg, 4.0rpg and 2.0apg in two games she played so far.

   #3. Ahlise Hurst (5'9''-G-2000, played in 2021-23, currently in Holland), who plays in the Dutch Eredivisie could not help Jolly Jumpers Tubbergen (2-1) in their game last Saturday. Despite Hurst's very good performance Jolly Jumpers Tubbergen was defeated 65-61 on the road by the leading Landslake. She was the top scorer with 18 points. Hurst also added 3 passes in 36 minutes. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Hurst has relatively good stats this year 15.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 2.0apg and 1.5spg.

   #4. Alexis Whitfield (6'2''-F-2002, played in 2024-25, plays pro in Switzerland) was not able to help Troistorrents (0-1) in their last game. Despite her good performance the bottom-ranked Troistorrents were badly defeated95-77 on the opponent's court by the leading Baden. Whitfield recorded 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. It was her first game for Troistorrents this season. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. It's Whitfield's first year with the team.

   #5. Morgan Yaeger (5'9''-G-1998, played in 2016-17, plays in New Zealand) contributed to a Mainland Pouakai's victory against one of league's weakest teams Kahu (0-1) 88-83 in the New Zealand Tauihi Basketball Aoteroa in Saturday night's game. Yaeger recorded 7 points and added 3 assists in 26 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Mainland Pouakai (2-0) is placed first in the Tauihi Basketball Aoteroa. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. It's Yaeger's first year with the team. This season she averages 5.5ppg, 2.0rpg and 4.0apg.
