Every week we bring you a list of the top former Beavers players who continue their career in pro basketball.
#1. Destiny Slocum (5'7''-PG-1997, played in 2017-20, plays pro in France) was the major contributor in Landes' victory against the eighth-ranked Tarbes (9-13) 51-44 in the French LFB on Wednesday night.
She scored 8 points in 27 minutes.
Basket Landes (15-7) is placed second in Play-Off group.
It was her team's fifth consecutive victory in a row.
This season Slocum averages 8.5ppg, 2.4rpg and 2.5apg.
#2. Tea Adams (5'9''-G-1999, played in 2018-22, plays in United Kingdom) could not help Caledonia Gladiators (7-25) in their last game. Despite Adams' good performance Caledonia Gladiators lost 65-69 on the road to the leading Wolves.
She was the second best scorer with 12 points.
It was Caledonia Gladiators' fifth consecutive loss in a row.
It's Adams' first season with the team.
This year Adams averages 9.8ppg, 2.8rpg, 4.0apg and 1.5spg in 19 games she played so far.
She is a naturalized Estonian.
#3. Katharine Tudor (6'0''-G-1998, played in 2016-20, currently in United Kingdom) is a teammate of previously mentioned Tea Adams and both played together in the last British WSLB game.
Tudor was not able to help Caledonia Gladiators in their game against Wolves (18-2).
She recorded 6 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in 33 minutes.
Caledonia Gladiators was defeated 69-65 in St Albans by the leading Wolves.
It's Tudor's first season with the team.
Tudor has relatively good stats this year 11.8ppg and 2.4rpg.
#4. Madison Washington (6'2''-C-1998, played in 2016-20, plays pro in United Kingdom) managed to help Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters in a victory against the closely-ranked Eagles (15-5) crushing them 102-68 in the British WSLB on Sunday night.
She recorded only 3 points.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Westfield Health Sheffield Hatters (17-3) is placed second in the WSLB.
It was her team's fifth consecutive victory in a row.
This year Washington averages 7.5ppg, 5.2rpg and 1.5apg in 13 games.
#5. Marie Guelich (6'5''-C-1994, played in 2014-18, plays in Taiwan) was not able to secure a victory for Taiyuan Textile (21-3) in their game last Saturday. Despite her very good performance the league leader Taiyuan Textile was defeated 72-63 by the second-ranked Cathay Life.
Guelich recorded a double-double by scoring 20 points and getting 12 rebounds. She also added 2 blocks in 40 minutes.
Guelich has relatively good stats this season 14.5ppg, 10.6rpg, 2.5apg and 1.5bpg.
#6. Mikayla Pivec (5'10''-G-1997, played in 2016-20, currently in Australia), who plays in the Australian NBL One (second division) couldn't help Bendigo Lady Braves (2-7) in their last game. Despite her very good performance the 18th-placed Bendigo Lady Braves were crushed81-59 in Heathmont by the higher-ranked (#14) Hawks in the South group.
Pivec was the top scorer with 18 points. She also added 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals.
Pivec has relatively good stats this year 14.9ppg, 8.4rpg, 4.8apg and 1.9spg in eight games.
