EuroBasket Pro Lady Flames Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Lady Flames players who are currently playing in pro basketball.



   #1. Mya Berkman (6'3''-C, played in 2020-23, plays pro in Greece) contributed to an easy victory against the league outsider Athinaikos (0-17) 82-65 in the Greek A1 on Sunday night. She recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting 16 rebounds. Berkman also added 5 assists in 24 minutes. GAC Eunikos (7-10) is placed ninth in the A1. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Berkman has individually a very good season with high stats. She averages 15.3ppg, 11.2rpg and 1.7apg.

   #2. Melis Ucar (5'10''-G-1996, played in 2017-19, plays in Turkey) contributed to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked Botas GA (14-13) 81-66 in the Turkish TKBL (second division) in Friday night's game. She recorded 8 points. Ferhtoglu Edremit Belediyesi Gurespor (22-5) is placed third in the TKBL. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This year Ucar averages 2.1ppg and 1.8rpg in 22 games she played so far.

   #3. Nenna Lindstrom (5'6''-G-1998, played in 2021-22, currently in Finland) managed to help Forssan Alku to win against the closely-ranked Tampereen Pyrinto (11-17) 80-73 in the Finnish Korisliiga last Saturday. She scored only 2 points in 11 minutes. Forssan Alku (9-13) is placed seventh in the Korisliiga. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. This season Lindstrom averages 6.7ppg, 2.6rpg, 1.7apg and 1.2spg.

   #4. Emily Lytle (5'11''-G-1997, played in 2017-21, plays pro in Kazakhstan) led Aktobe to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Irtysh (3-16) crushing them 86-63 in the Kazakhstan D1 on Monday night. She scored 20 points and grabbed 4 rebounds; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Lytle's second season in pro basketball. Aktobe (15-4) is placed second in the D1. It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be extremely important. Lytle has very impressive stats this year 19.6ppg, 7.0rpg, 4.1apg and 2.6spg in 17 games.
