We bring you last week's top former Wolf Pack players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Jerry Evans (6'8''-F-90, graduated '14, plays pro in Australia) was the major contributor in a Ballarat Miners' victory against the 13th-ranked Diamond Valley Eagles (7-10) 79-73 in the Australian State League (second division) in Saturday night's game.
He scored 14 points, had 9 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 32 minutes.
Ballarat Miners (14-2) are placed first in NBL1 group.
It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
Evans has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 20.1ppg, 6.9rpg, 1.7apg and 1.9spg in 14 games he played so far.
#2. Deonte Burton (6'0''-PG-91, graduated '14, plays in Australia) managed to help Bendigo Braves to win against the ninth-ranked Eltham Wildcats (7-9) 92-88 in the Australian State League (second division) last Saturday.
Burton scored 5 points.
Bendigo Braves (8-8) are placed ninth in NBL1 group.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial.
Burton has relatively good stats this season 13.5ppg, 4.5rpg, 5.6apg and 1.4spg.
Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
#3. Marqueze Coleman (6'4''-G-93, graduated '16, currently in Australia) is a teammate of previously mentioned Jerry Evans and both played together in the last Australian State League game.
Coleman contributed to a Ballarat Miners' victory against the 13th-ranked Diamond Valley Eagles (7-10) 79-73.
He scored only 2 points and added 3 passes in 17 minutes.
Coleman has very impressive stats this year 15.6ppg, 3.2rpg, 1.9apg and 1.9spg in 10 games.
#4. Jordan Caroline (6'7''-G/F-96, graduated '19, plays pro in the NBA). Caroline could not help the Los Angeles Lakers (37-45) to beat the Miami Heat (1-0) in the NBA Summer League.
He recorded 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. It was his first game for Los Angeles Lakers this season.
But the Los Angeles Lakers (#4) were crushed 106-79 on the road by the Heat.
