EuroBasket Pro Pirates Weekly Update

Here is the weekly review of the top performing Pirates alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Maurice Kemp (6'8''-PF-91, graduated '13, plays pro in Spain) could not help Montakit Fuenlabrada (10-19) in their game last Sunday. Despite his very good performance Montakit Fuenlabrada was edged 88-87 on the road by the much higher-ranked Zaragoza (#8).
Kemp was the top scorer with 20 points. He also added 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 29 minutes.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This season Kemp averages 7.5ppg and 4.1rpg.
#2. Kentrell Barkley (6'5''-G/F-96, graduated '18, plays in Australia) was not able to help Mount Gambier Pioneers (7-3) in their last game. Despite Barkley's very good performance the second-placed Mount Gambier Pioneers (7-3) lost 84-92 in Morphett Vale to the lower-ranked (#5) Noarlunga City Southern Tigers in the Premier League.
He had a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 18 rebounds. Barkley also added 5 assists and 2 blocks; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. Barkley has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 23.0ppg, 15.7rpg, 4.3apg, 1.3bpg and 2.4spg in nine games he played so far.
#3. Experienced Gabriel Mikulas (6'7''-PF-80, graduated '04, currently in Argentina) was the major contributor in a 2-point Barrio Parque's victory against the third-ranked Deportivo Norte (14-12) 77-75 in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division) last Sunday.
He scored 20 points, grabbed 9 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 29 minutes.
It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group North. Barrio Parque de Cordoba (19-7) is placed second.
Mikulas has relatively good stats this season 11.4ppg, 5.1rpg and 2.1apg.
#4. Caleb White (6'7''-G-94, graduated '17, plays pro in Australia) was not able to secure a victory for Rockingham Flames (7-4) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the sixth-placed Rockingham Flames (7-4) lost 99-110 in Perth to the higher-ranked (#5) Senators in the SBL group.
White was the top scorer with 31 points; not bad, considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. White has very impressive stats this year 17.5ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.9apg and 1.7spg in 11 games.
#5. Prince Williams (6'6''-G/F-92, graduated '16, plays in Georgia) couldn't help Mgzavrebi (13-5) in their game last Tuesday. Despite Williams' good performance Mgzavrebi was defeated 88-82 on the opponent's court by the lower-ranked Batumi (#8).
He scored 11 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 43 minutes.
Williams has relatively good stats this season 15.0ppg, 5.8rpg, 2.5apg and 1.5spg.
#6. Andre Washington (7'1''-C-93, graduated '17, currently in Kosovo) led Rahoveci to a 3-point victory against the league leader Prishtina 87-84 in the Kosovan Superliga last Sunday.
Washington had a double-double by scoring 11 points and getting 13 rebounds. He also added 5 blocks.
This year Washington averages 9.1ppg, 7.5rpg and 2.3bpg in 17 games.
#7. James Legan (6'3''-G-87, graduated '09, plays pro in Australia) led Norwood Flames to an easy victory against the leader Sturt Sabres crushing them 102-79 in the Australian State League (second division) on Saturday night.
Legan recorded 13 points in a mere 15 minutes.
This season Legan has very high stats. He averages 21.8ppg, 5.5rpg, 3.3apg and 1.7spg.
#8. Michel-Ofik Nzege (6'8''-F-92, graduated '17, plays in Spain) led La Roda to a victory against the 12th-ranked Tormes 87-77 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) in Saturday night's game.
He scored 19 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
Nzege has relatively good stats this year 12.4ppg and 4.8rpg in 24 games.
