We bring you last week's top former Colonials players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Patricio Garino (6'6''-SF-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Spain) led Baskonia to a victory against the 15th-ranked Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (10-19) 101-92 in the Spanish Liga Endesa on Sunday night.
He scored 11 points in 22 minutes.
Kirolbet Baskonia Vitoria (23-6) is placed second in the Liga Endesa.
It was his team's ninth consecutive victory in a row.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This season Garino averages 6.6ppg, 2.0rpg and 1.4spg.
#2. Tony Taylor (6'1''-PG-90, graduated '12, plays in Italy) managed to help Virtus Segafredo Bologna in a victory against the third-ranked Brose Baskets (8-6) 67-50 in the Basketball Champions League in Friday night's game.
He recorded 5 points and added 5 assists.
Virtus Segafredo Bologna (10-4) is placed first in group D.
It's Taylor's first season with the team.
Taylor has relatively good stats this year 10.8ppg, 3.2rpg and 4.3apg in 19 games he played so far.
#3. Bo Zeigler (6'6''-F-95, graduated '18, currently in United Kingdom) contributed to a Radisson Red Glasgow Rocks' victory against the closely-ranked Plymouth Raiders (16-17) 82-70 in the British BBL last Sunday.
Zeigler scored 11 points, had 5 boards, dished 5 assists and stole 4 balls in 32 minutes.
Radisson Red Glasgow Rocks (18-15) is placed fourth in the BBL.
The Regular Season already ended.
Zeigler has relatively good stats this season 10.5ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.8apg.
#4. Kevin Larsen (6'10''-C-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Spain) helped RETAbet BB win their game against one of league's weakest teams Barca II (9-25) 84-76 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) on Friday night.
He recorded 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds.
RETAbet Bilbao Basket (24-10) is placed second in the LEB Gold.
There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial.
This year Larsen averages 8.5ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.2apg in 33 games.
#5. Jaren Sina (6'2''-G-94, graduated '17, plays in Austria). He could not help BC Raiffeisen Flyers Wels (12-2) to beat Dukes (22-14) in the Austrian A Bundesliga.
Sina scored 6 points in 31 minutes.
BC Raiffeisen Flyers Wels were edged 78-77 on the road by the lower-ranked Dukes (#4).
Sina has relatively good stats this season 11.0ppg, 2.0rpg and 3.0apg.
He is a naturalized Kosovan.
