EuroBasket Pro Flyers Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Flyers players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Dyshawn Pierre (6'6''-F-93, graduated '16, plays pro in Italy) led Banco di Srd to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Virtus Bologna (12-12) 90-72 in the Italian Serie A in Sunday night's game.
He scored 15 points, had 7 rebounds and dished 6 assists (went 6 for 6 at the free throw line) in 29 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Pierre's third season in pro basketball. Banco di Sardegna Sassari (12-12) is placed ninth in the Serie A.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.
This year Pierre averages 8.6ppg, 4.2rpg and 1.6apg in 20 games he played so far.
#2. Experienced Brian Roberts (6'2''-PG-85, graduated '08, plays in Spain). He could not help Unicaja Malaga (14-10) to beat Zaragoza (12-12) in the Spanish Liga Endesa.
Roberts recorded 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
But Unicaja Malaga was edged 72-70 on the road by the lower-ranked Zaragoza (#9).
Roberts has relatively good stats this season 10.9ppg, 1.9rpg and 3.7apg.
#3. Robert Lowery (6'2''-PG-87, graduated '10, currently in Poland) led Polski Cukier Torun to an easy victory against the 12th-ranked GTK (8-17) crushing them 94-70 in the Polish EBL on Tuesday night.
Lowery recorded 13 points and added 3 assists in 20 minutes.
Polski Cukier Torun (22-4) is placed second in the EBL.
It was his team's seventh consecutive victory in a row.
There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
Lowery has relatively good stats this year 12.9ppg, 3.8rpg, 6.9apg and 1.2spg in 26 games.
#4. Devin Oliver (6'9''-PF-92, graduated '14, plays pro in Germany) contributed to a s.Oliver Wuerzburg's victory against the league outsider Science City Jena (5-21) 82-78 in the German BBL in Saturday night's game.
Oliver scored 10 points and added 4 passes.
s.Oliver Wuerzburg (7-9) is placed fifth in the BBL.
This season Oliver averages 9.4ppg, 2.9rpg, 2.1apg and 1.1spg.
#5. Vincent Sanford (6'4''-G-90, graduated '14, plays in France) was the major contributor in a ES Chalon-Sur-Saone's victory against the league leader Cholet Basket (23-1) 89-84 in the French Jeep ELITE ProA last Saturday.
Sanford scored 17 points (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line) in 32 minutes.
ES Chalon-Sur-Saone (15-10) is placed sixth in the Jeep ELITE ProA.
It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row.
It's Sanford's first season with the team.
He has relatively good stats this year 14.7ppg, 4.0rpg, 3.0apg and 1.4spg in 25 games.
#6. Matej Svoboda (6'7''-F-96, graduated '18, currently in Czech Republic), who plays in the Czech Republic NBL was not able to help Dekstone Turi Svitavy (21-13) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his very good performance the second-placed Dekstone Turi Svitavy was edged 88-85 in Decin by the lower-ranked BK Decin (#7) in the Places 1-8 group.
Svoboda was the top scorer with 16 points.
This season he averages 9.4ppg, 3.3rpg and 1.5apg.
#7. Kyle Davis (6'0''-PG-95, graduated '17, plays pro in Argentina) was not able to secure a victory for one of league's weakest teams Comunicaciones (14-14) in their last game. Despite Davis' good performance Comunicaciones lost 77-83 in Concordia to the higher-ranked (#8) Estudiantes.
He recorded 12 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 24 minutes.
This year Davis averages 8.9ppg, 3.3rpg, 2.5apg and 1.3spg in 29 games.
#8. Adonte Parker (6'1''-PG-89, graduated '12, plays in Lithuania) couldn't help Nevezis in their game against P.Zvaigzdes in the Lithuanian LKL.
He scored 9 points and added 5 assists.
His team was defeated 91-85.
Parker has relatively good stats this season 13.4ppg, 1.9rpg and 3.5apg.
Worth to mention Parker played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
#9. Chris Wright (6'8''-F-88, graduated '11, currently in the NBA G League) couldn't help the Oklahoma City Blue in their game against the Santa Cruz Warriors in the NBA G League.
Wright scored 6 points and blocked 2 shots in 18 minutes.
His team lost 102-117 in the NBA G League.
He has relatively good stats this year 10.1ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.1apg and 1.2spg in 40 games.
#10. Devin Searcy (6'10''-C-89, graduated '11, plays pro in Turkey) couldn't help Manisa (13-12) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Searcy's very good performance Manisa was defeated 82-68 at home by the lower-ranked Bandirma Kirmizi (#13).
He was the top scorer with 20 points. Searcy also added 9 rebounds.
He has individually a very good season with high stats. Searcy averages 17.1ppg, 8.5rpg and 1.3apg.
