We bring you last week's top former Tigers players who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Jovonni Shuler (6'5''-G/F-87, graduated '11, plays pro in Chile) could not help Temuco (20-11) in their last game. Despite Shuler's very good performance the first-placed Temuco (20-11) lost 102-116 on the road to the lower-ranked (#3) Los Leones in the Conferencia Centro. He was the second best scorer with 21 points. Shuler also added 9 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 35 minutes. Shuler has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 18.2ppg, 7.4rpg, 3.0apg and 2.3spg in 41 games he played so far. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

   #2. Rashad Hassan (6'8''-C/F-89, graduated '13, plays in United Kingdom) was not able to help Plymouth University Raiders (11-15) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance Plymouth University Raiders was defeated 98-90 in Manchester by the higher-ranked Giants (#8). Hassan scored 18 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. It's Hassan's first season with the team. This year he has very high stats. Hassan averages 20.5ppg, 7.5rpg and 1.4apg.

   #3. Jyles Smith (6'10''-PF-92, graduated '14, currently in Portugal), who plays in the Portuguese LPB was not able to secure a victory for CAB Madeira (11-15) in their last game. Despite his good performance the first-placed CAB Madeira (11-15) lost 75-80 at home to the lower-ranked (#4) Illiabum in the Places 7-12 group. Smith had a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 3 blocks in 34 minutes. It's Smith's first season with the team. Smith has relatively good stats this year 14.7ppg, 10.9rpg, 1.4apg, 2.3bpg and 1.8spg in 23 games.

   #4. Javaris Jenkins (6'6''-F-95, graduated '18, plays pro in Argentina) couldn't help Progreso de General Roca (15-19) in their game against Gimnasia LP (13-23) in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division). Jenkins recorded 9 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. But the fifth-placed Progreso de General Roca (15-19) was defeated 93-83 in La Plata by the lower-ranked Gimnasia LP (#7) in the South - South group. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Jenkins has relatively good stats this season 10.8ppg and 2.5rpg.
