Here is the weekly review of the top performing Bears alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. Tate Unruh (6'4''-G-90, graduated '14, plays pro in Belgium) was the major contributor in a Hubo Limburg United's victory against the closely-ranked Okapi Aalstar (9-13) crushing them 104-68 in the Belgian Euromillions League in Friday night's game. He scored 19 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 5 assists in a mere 16 minutes. Hubo Limburg United (8-14) is placed eighth in the Euromillions League. Unruh has relatively good stats this year 11.4ppg, 2.9rpg and 2.8apg in 12 games he played so far.

   #2. Corey Spence (5'9''-PG-92, graduated '15, plays in Lebanon) could not help Atlas Ferzol (4-12) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Spence's very good performance Atlas Ferzol was crushed 127-78 on the road by the leading Champville. He was the top scorer with 22 points. Spence also added 4 assists. This season Spence averages 7.3ppg, 1.3rpg and 2.0apg.

   #3. Derrick Barden Jr. (6'5''-F/C-92, graduated '14, currently in France) led Saint Vallier Basket Drome to an easy victory against the sixth-ranked JSA Bordeaux (4-6) 86-67 in the French NM1 (third division) on Saturday night. Barden Jr. had a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 10 rebounds in 26 minutes. Saint Vallier Basket Drome (5-6) is placed fifth in Places 1-10 group. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. Barden Jr. has relatively good stats this year 13.4ppg, 5.1rpg, 1.1apg and 2.4spg in 16 games.

   #4. Christopher Kaba (6'8''-F-88, graduated '11, plays pro in Australia) contributed to a Keilor Thunder's victory against the eighth-ranked Vikings (0-4) 98-85 in a derby game in the Australian State League (second division) in Saturday night's game. Kaba scored 10 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished 5 assists. Keilor Thunder (2-1) is placed third in Big V group. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Kaba has relatively good stats this year 12.3ppg, 9.0rpg and 2.7apg.
