EuroBasket Pro Hornets Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Hornets players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. John Dickson (6'6''-F-90, graduated '13, plays pro in Uruguay) could not help Olimpia (3-3) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the second-placed Olimpia (3-3) lost 84-89 in a derby game to the lower-ranked (#3) Nacional in the Places 7-10 group.
Dickson was the top scorer with 22 points. He also added 4 assists and 5 steals in 35 minutes.
Dickson has relatively good stats this year 15.0ppg, 3.6rpg, 1.5apg and 1.4spg in 24 games he played so far.
#2. Mikh McKinney (6'1''-G-92, graduated '15, plays in China) was not able to help Macau (14-12) in their last game on Sunday. Despite McKinney's very good performance Macau were defeated 102-91 on the road by the higher-ranked Singapore Slingers (#3).
He recorded 21 points, 4 rebounds, 9 assists and 3 steals.
McKinney has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 27.2ppg, 5.8rpg, 6.5apg and 2.0spg.
McKinney is a naturalized Filipino.
#3. Nick Hornsby (6'7''-F-95, graduated '17, currently in Germany), who plays in the German ProB (third division) was not able to secure a victory for Bayer Giants (21-1) in their last game. Despite Hornsby's good performance the first-placed Bayer Giants (21-1) lost 68-79 on the opponent's court to the lower-ranked (#4) Oldenburg in the South group.
He was the second best scorer with 13 points. Hornsby also added 9 rebounds (was perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line) in a mere 19 minutes.
It's Hornsby's first season with the team.
He has relatively good stats this year 10.8ppg, 7.2rpg, 3.4apg and 1.4spg in 26 games.
#4. Justin Strings (6'7''-F-96, graduated '18, plays pro in Canada) led Kitchener-Waterloo Titans to an easy victory against the Sudbury Five (21-19) crushing them 122-99 in the NBLCanada in Wednesday night's game.
He recorded 16 points and grabbed 5 rebounds; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Strings' first season in pro basketball. The Kitchener-Waterloo Titans have 19-21 record this season.
There are only three games left until the end of the NBLCanada Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
Strings has relatively good stats this season 10.7ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.5apg.
