EuroBasket Pro Golden Hurricane Weekly Update

Every week we bring you a list of the top former Golden Hurricane players who continue their career in pro basketball.
#1. Junior Etou (6'8''-F-94, graduated '18, plays pro in Turkey) could not help Sakarya Buyuksehir Basketbol (5-14) in their game last Saturday. Despite his very good performance Sakarya Buyuksehir Basketbol was badly defeated 89-72 on the road by the much higher-ranked Tofas (#3).
Etou was the top scorer with 22 points. He also added 6 rebounds in 38 minutes.
It's Etou's first season with the team.
Etou has relatively good stats this year 11.5ppg, 7.7rpg and 1.5apg.
#2. Experienced Jerome Jordan (7'1''-C-86, graduated '10, plays in Spain) was not able to help Andorra (5-1) in their last game. Despite his good performance the second-placed Andorra (5-1) lost 97-102 in Berlin to the leading ALBA in the group H of Eurocup.
Jordan recorded 14 points.
It was Andorra's first loss after eight consecutive victories.
It's Jordan's first season with the team.
This year he averages 7.0ppg and 2.3rpg in nine games he played so far.
#3. Shaquille Harrison (6'4''-G-93, graduated '16, currently in the NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Chicago Bulls (20-52) in their game against the Sacramento Kings (34-36) in the NBA. Despite his good performance on Sunday night Harrison recorded 11 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists in 20 minutes.
It's Harrison's first season with the team.
This year he averages 5.5ppg, 2.5rpg, 1.8apg and 1.2spg.
#4. James Woodard (6'3''-G-94, graduated '16, plays pro in North Macedonia) couldn't help MZT Skopje (14-3) in their game against Kozuv (9-7) in the North Macedonian Prva Liga, despite his very good performance in Saturday night's game.
Woodard was the top scorer with 18 points. He also added 3 steals; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Woodard's third season in pro basketball. But MZT Skopje lost 80-91 at home to the lower-ranked (#6) Kozuv.
It was MZT Skopje's first loss after eight consecutive victories.
There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This year Woodard averages 9.2ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.5apg in 13 games.
#5. Justin Hurtt (6'5''-G-88, graduated '11, plays in Argentina) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Olimpico de La Banda (10-12) 95-78 in the Argentinian La Liga in Saturday night's game.
Hurtt scored 9 points in 23 minutes.
Hispano Americano de Rio Gallegos (10-9) is placed 12th in the La Liga.
It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses.
It's Hurtt's first season with the team.
He has relatively good stats this year 10.7ppg and 3.2rpg.
#6. Guilherme Teichmann (6'9''-PF-83, graduated '05, plays pro in Brazil) contributed to Corinthians' victory against the 11th-ranked Sao Jose 72-61 in the Brazilian NBB on Tuesday night.
He recorded 8 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 24 minutes.
This season Teichmann averages 5.5ppg, 4.4rpg and 2.0apg.
#7. Brandon Swannegan (6'9''-F-93, graduated '16, plays in Mexico) couldn't help Abejas de Leon in their game against Capitanes in the Mexican LNBP (second division), despite his good performance last Wednesday.
He had a double-double by scoring 11 points and getting the same number of rebounds. Swannegan also added 2 blocks.
But his team lost 79-88.
This year he averages 7.1ppg and 3.8rpg in 15 games.
