EuroBasket Pro Braves Weekly Update

Here is the weekly review of the top performing Braves alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Walter Lemon Jr. (6'3''-G-92, graduated '14, plays pro in the NBA G League) was the major contributor in a Windy City Bulls' victory against the Greensboro Swarm (21-22) 113-107 in the NBA G League in Saturday night's game.
He had a double-double by scoring 24 points and making 11 passes in 34 minutes.
The Windy City Bulls have 24-20 record this season.
It's Lemon Jr.'s first year with the team.
Lemon Jr. has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 18.7ppg, 4.6rpg, 9.1apg and 1.5spg in 27 games he played so far.
#2. Donte Thomas (6'7''-F-96, graduated '18, plays in Finland) could not help KTP Basket Kotka (17-13) in their last game on Friday. Despite Thomas' very good performance KTP Basket Kotka was defeated 100-93 on the road by the leading Vilpas.
He recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 10 rebounds.
This season Thomas has very high stats. He averages 16.2ppg, 9.0rpg and 1.5apg.
#3. Experienced Marcellus Sommerville (6'7''-F-82, graduated '06, currently in France) led Sluc Nancy Basket Pro to an easy victory against the closely-ranked C'Chartres (10-7) 88-71 in the French ProB (second division) on Tuesday night.
He scored 12 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished 9 assists in 28 minutes.
Sluc Nancy Basket Pro (15-6) is placed third in the ProB.
It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row.
Sommerville has relatively good stats this year 14.8ppg, 7.8rpg, 2.3apg and 1.1spg in nine games.
#4. Auston Barnes (6'8''-PF-91, graduated '15, plays pro in Sweden) led Sodertalje Kings to a victory against the sixth-ranked Nassjo (12-20) 82-75 in the Swedish Basketligan in Tuesday night's game.
Barnes recorded 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.
Sodertalje Kings (27-6) is placed first in the Basketligan.
There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This season Barnes has very high stats. He averages 15.6ppg, 6.1rpg, 2.3apg and 1.4spg.
#5. Chris Roberts (6'4''-G-88, graduated '10, plays in Italy) was not able to help Remer TVG (14-10) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the fifth-placed Remer TVG (14-10) lost 89-95 in Casale to the lower-ranked (#10) Novipiu in the West group.
Roberts was the top scorer with 28 points. He also added 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 36 minutes.
It was Remer TVG's first loss after three consecutive victories.
It's Roberts' first season with the team.
Roberts has very impressive stats this year 15.7ppg, 3.5rpg and 2.7apg in 20 games.
#6. Andrew Warren (6'5''-G-87, graduated '11, currently in Germany), who plays in the German BBL was not able to secure a victory for Mitteldeutscher BC Weissenfels (4-18) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Warren's good performance the bottom-ranked Mitteldeutscher BC Weissenfels was defeated 84-77 in Wuerzburg by the much higher-ranked s Oliver Baskets (#8).
He scored 12 points. It was his first game for Mitteldeutscher BC Weissenfels this season.
