#1. Matt Tiby (6'8''-PF-92, graduated '16, plays pro in Turkey) could not help Demir Insaat Buyukcekmece Basket (6-12) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Demir Insaat Buyukcekmece Basket lost 84-90 on the road to the higher-ranked (#7) Besiktas. Tiby was the second best scorer with 23 points. He also added 6 rebounds and 3 assists in 38 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Tiby's third season in pro basketball. It was Demir Insaat Buyukcekmece Basket's fourth consecutive loss in a row. This year Tiby averages 9.9ppg, 5.4rpg and 1.4apg in 17 games he played so far.

#3. Tony Meier (6'9''-F-90, graduated '12, currently in Greece) was not able to secure a victory for Promitheas (11-6) in their game against AEK (12-5) in the Greek A1. It was not his best game last Saturday. Meier scored only one point in 14 minutes. Promitheas was crushed 83-62 in Athens by the higher-ranked (#3) AEK. It was Promitheas' first loss after three consecutive victories. This year Meier averages 6.9ppg and 2.1rpg in 17 games.
