MAC Canceled 2020 Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament - Mar 13, 2020

The Mid-American Conference has cancelled the remainder of our 2020 MAC Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament.
MAC Commissioner Dr. Jon Steinbrecher held a press conference to discuss the development at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse at Noon ET on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
"We have been meeting all morning with our Directors of Athletics and with our Presidents, talking about what is the appropriate path forward. We have also been paying attention to what is going on around us, both in the world at large and the sports world," stated MAC Commissioner, Jon Steinbrecher. "As you started to see this morning you have seen a number of conferences that have made the decision to cancel. We have come to the same conclusion and we will cancel our event."
