In the Final GIE Morrow Disciples overcame Southern Generals 95:88. The Disciples were led by the amazing play of Antonio Webb. Webb was the games top scorer with 31 points sinking six three pointers. Demetrice Williams (6'3''-G-80, college: South Alabama) nailed 16 points and dished out a game-high 11 assists. Gerard DeVaughn (6'8''-F/C-87, college: Stillman) responded with 17 points and 15 rebounds in defeat. Will De La Cruz added 15 points and 8 assists. Antonio Webb was named UBA Finals Most Valuable Player. 'Antonio carried us, with Barnes numbers down we needed someone to step up and carry the team,' said head coach Michael Davis. Gerard DeVaughn and Jermaine Barnes were named UBA Playoff Classic Co-MVP.
