#1. Australian Lachlan Bofinger, a towering 6'7'' forward aged 25, and a St. Mary's, TX graduate in 2025, has been making waves in the professional basketball scene in Australia. Recently, he showcased his exceptional talent by leading the Northern Suburbs Bears to a remarkable 107-90 victory over the 12th-ranked Crusaders in the Australian NBL One, the second division of the league. In this game, he stood out as the MVP, delivering an outstanding performance with 27 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists in just 29 minutes of play. This extraordinary display of skill is especially impressive considering it is only his first season in professional basketball. The victory marked the Northern Suburbs Bears' fourth consecutive win, propelling them to the top spot in the East group standings with a record of 10-1. Bofinger's impact on the team has been significant, with his stellar contributions playing a key role in their success. Notably, this is his debut season with the team, yet he has already made a lasting impression with his exceptional performance on the court. In a standout game against Cent. Coast C., Bofinger once again demonstrated his prowess by scoring 27 points, securing 8 rebounds, and distributing 4 assists. His all-around excellence helped his team secure the victory and emerge as the champion of the game.
