Aaron Perez (6'5''-F-86, played in 2009-10, plays pro in Mexico) contributed to a Correcaminos UAT Victoria's victory against the third-ranked Aaguacateros (11-9) 89-83 in the Mexican LNBP (second division) in Saturday night's game. He had a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting 17 rebounds. Perez also added 9 assists in 40 minutes. Correcaminos UAT Victoria (10-10) is placed fourth in North group. Perez has relatively good stats this year 13.1ppg, 9.7rpg, 2.6apg and 1.2spg in 18 games he played so far. He is a naturalized Mexican.
#2. Tony Gugino (6'10''-C/F-86, graduated '09, plays in Bulgaria) helped Rilski win their game against the league outsider Cherno More (0-9) 94-76 in the Bulgarian NBL last Saturday. He recorded 7 points. Rilski Sportist Samokov (7-2) is placed second in the NBL. It's Gugino's first season with the team. Gugino has relatively good stats this year 10.9ppg, 6.3rpg, 2.1apg and 1.2spg.
#3. Nick Washburn (6'10''-C-91, graduated '13, currently in Spain), who plays in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) could not help Castello (4-10) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Castello lost 84-95 on the road to the much higher-ranked (#3) Magia_Huesca. Washburn was the top scorer with 21 points. He also added 7 rebounds in 35 minutes. Washburn has relatively good stats this year 15.0ppg and 5.2rpg in 13 games. Worth to mention Washburn played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
#4. Experienced Hamid Dicko (6'0''-G-84, plays pro in Iceland) was not able to help Haukar (0-0) in their game against Thor Thorl (4-6) in the Icelandic Dominos League. Dicko recorded 6 points. Haukar was crushed 106-73 at home by the lower-ranked Thor Thorl (#6). It's Dicko's first season with the team. This year he averages 3.2ppg and 1.2rpg. Dicko is a naturalized French.
