#1. Bruno Fonseca (6'7''-G/F-2000, played in 2022-23, plays pro in Portugal) could not help Vitoria SC (0-3) in their game last Saturday. Despite his good performance the bottom-ranked Vitoria SC was edged84-81 on the road by the much higher-ranked Imortal (#3). Fonseca scored 13 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 27 minutes. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. This year Fonseca averages 7.5ppg and 5.0rpg.
#2. Pablo Hernandez (6'7''-F-1997, played in 2015-19, plays in Spain) was not able to help Cantabria in their game against Fuenlabrada (3-0) in the Spanish Primera FEB (second division), despite his good performance in Saturday night's game. He recorded 12 points. But Cantabria lost 75-90 in Madrid to the much higher-ranked (#4) Fuenlabrada. But the season just started, so everything may happen. This year Hernandez averages 6.7ppg and 3.7rpg in three games he played so far.
#3. Bastien Page (6'1''-G, played in 2021-24, currently in France) managed to help Etoile Angers Basket to win against the fifth-ranked Fougeres (4-2) crushing them 103-75 in the French NM1 (third division) last Friday. He scored only 2 points in 3 minutes on the court. Etoile Angers Basket (2-4) is placed ninth in Group A. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. It's Page's first year with the team. This season Page averages 0.7ppg.
#4. David Gabrovsek (6'9''-F-1994, played in 2015-17, plays pro in Italy) was not able to secure a victory for Livorno Pielle (4-1) in their game against Latina (4-1) in the Italian Serie B Nazionale (third division). His contribution was not very remarkable in Wednesday's game. Gabrovsek scored only 3 points. The fifth-placed Livorno Pielle (4-1) was badly defeated93-76 on the opponent's court by the higher-ranked (#3) Latina in the Group B. It was Livorno Pielle's first loss after four consecutive victories. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. It's Gabrovsek's first year with the team. He has relatively good stats this season 10.3ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.3apg in four games.
