Every week we bring you a list of the top former Mustangs players who continue their career in pro basketball.

#1. Jordan Stevens, a 6'0'' point guard aged 32 who graduated from Midwestern State in 2016, is currently playing professionally in Lebanon. In a recent game, he led his team Homentmen to a remarkable victory over the league leader Al Riyadi with a score of 126-125. Stevens put on an exceptional performance, scoring 46 points, securing 3 rebounds, and making 10 assists, resulting in a double-double. Additionally, he contributed 3 steals during the intense 45-minute match. His outstanding display earned him the MVP title for the game and the prestigious Elite Badge from eurobasket.com, further establishing his reputation as a champion in the sport. Despite Homentmen Beirut being placed seventh in the league standings with a record of 11-10, Stevens' individual performance has been stellar throughout the season. He has been averaging 25.5 points per game, ranking fourth in the league, along with 4.3 rebounds, 8.0 assists (third best in the league), and 1.1 steals per game. With only one more game left in the Regular Season, Stevens remains a key player for his team as they gear up for their crucial upcoming match.

#2. Experienced champion Brandon Neel, a 6'4'' shooting guard who is 33 years old and an alumnus of the Mustangs from 2018, has been excelling in the professional basketball scene within the TBL. Recently, he played a crucial role in helping the Tri-City Tide secure a victory against the Halifax Hoopers with a score of 107-98 in a Friday night game. Despite only scoring one point during his 24 minutes on the court, Neel's contributions were vital to his team's success. The Tri-City Tide currently holds a somewhat modest 20-3 record for the season, but they have been on an impressive winning streak, securing their ninth consecutive victory. With only one more game left in the The Basketball League Regular Season, every match is critical for the team as they aim for success. This marks Neel's first year playing for the Tri-City Tide, and his impact has been notable. In the recent game against Halifax Hoopers, he not only scored a crucial point but also grabbed 3 rebounds, showcasing his leadership and skills on the court. Neel's performance was instrumental in leading his team to victory, solidifying his position as the champion of the game. Throughout the season, Neel has been averaging 6.8 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game in the 16 games he has played so far. His experience, combined with his performance, has been a driving force behind the success of the Tri-City Tide. It is also worth mentioning that Neel has previously participated in the Eurobasket Summer League, an experience that has contributed to his professional basketball career and helped him secure a position in the TBL.
