We bring you last week's top former Eagles players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Australian champion Tad Dufelmeier, a 6'0'' point guard aged 30, who graduated from CUI in 2018 and received the All-PacWest Second Team award that year, currently plays professionally in Australia. In a recent match, Dufelmeier, representing the Knox Raiders, faced off against the Rangers in the Australian NBL One, the second division of Australian basketball. Despite his efforts, Dufelmeier's team could not secure the victory, ultimately falling short to the Rangers with a final score of 87-102 on the road.
In the game, Dufelmeier showcased his skills by recording 4 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals in 39 minutes of play. Despite his impressive individual performance, the Knox Raiders were unable to outshine the Rangers, who clinched the win.
Dufelmeier has been consistent throughout the season, boasting solid statistics with an average of 10.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 2.2 steals per game in the 12 games he has participated in so far. Although his team faced a setback in the recent match against the Rangers, Dufelmeier's talent and contributions on the court continue to shine as he navigates through the competitive Australian basketball scene.
