We bring you last week's top former Indians players who are currently playing in pro basketball.



   #1. Jeremy McLaughlin, a 31-year-old power forward standing at 6'8'' and a Catawba graduate of 2019, currently showcases his skills as a professional basketball player in New Zealand. Recently, he demonstrated his expertise by aiding the Hawkes Bay Hawks to a thrilling 102-96 victory over the Giants in the New Zealand National Basketball League. Despite his team's current position as the second-to-last in the league standings, McLaughlin's performance was nothing short of impressive. In the game against the Giants, McLaughlin played a pivotal role by scoring 8 points and securing 3 rebounds in just 25 minutes of play. His contributions were instrumental in leading his team to success, showcasing the qualities of a true champion on the court. Throughout the season, McLaughlin has maintained solid statistics, averaging 13.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.3 blocks per game, further solidifying his impact as a key player for the Hawkes Bay Hawks. With his consistent performance and valuable contributions, Jeremy McLaughlin continues to prove himself as a formidable player in the league, displaying the skills and determination befitting a true champion.

   #2. Daquan Lilly, a 6'7'' forward who is 28 years old and an Indians alumnus from 2020 currently playing professionally in the TBL, recently played for the DMV Soldiers in a matchup against the DC Heat. Despite his impressive performance where he scored 5 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and provided 1 assist in 38 minutes of play, Lilly's team, the DMV Soldiers, were unable to secure a victory against the DC Heat. The final score of the game was 109-104 in favor of the DC Heat, marking the DMV Soldiers' first loss after a streak of four consecutive wins. With only four games remaining in the The Basketball League Regular Season, each upcoming game becomes crucial for the DMV Soldiers. Lilly has been showcasing his skills throughout the season, maintaining solid statistics with an average of 14.8 points per game, 10.1 rebounds per game, and 1.6 assists per game. Despite the setback in the recent game against the DC Heat, Lilly's performance on the court continues to be noteworthy as he strives to lead his team to success as a champion.
