We bring you last week's top former Lions players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Angolan player Teotonio Do, standing at 6'10'' and 32 years old, graduated from UAFS in 2015 where he was part of the team that emerged as the African Champions Cup Winner. Currently, he is playing professionally in Portugal. Although Do's team, Galitos-Barreiro, suffered a defeat against FC Porto in the Portuguese Liga Betclic Masculina, he displayed a commendable effort on the court. In the match, he managed to score 4 points and secure 4 rebounds during his 17 minutes of play. Despite his individual contribution, Galitos-Barreiro fell short in a 74-82 loss to the higher-ranked (#3) FC Porto. With only two games remaining in the Regular Season, each game now holds significant importance for the team. This marks Do's inaugural season with Galitos-Barreiro, where he has been averaging 8.3 points per game and 5.6 rebounds per game across the 12 games he has participated in thus far.

#2. Brian Halums, a 6'5'' guard and 28-year-old Lions alumnus from 2020, has been making waves in the professional basketball scene in Jordan. Recently, he led Al Faisaly to a resounding victory over league leaders Amman United with a scoreline of 105-70 in a thrilling derby game in the Jordanian Premier League. In this highly anticipated matchup, Halums put on a stellar performance that earned him the MVP title of the game. He demonstrated his prowess by achieving a double-double with 22 points and 10 rebounds, along with contributing 4 assists, showcasing his all-around skills on the court. Moreover, he displayed his accuracy by making all eight of his free throws during the game. The clash between Al Faisaly and Amman United was a highlight of the round, as both teams are among the top 4 ranked teams in the league. With this victory, Al Faisaly, with a record of 13-1, solidified their position as the second-placed team in the league standings. Throughout the season, Halums has been delivering outstanding performances, evident from his impressive statistics. He boasts an average of 26.1 points per game, ranking as the third-best scorer in the league, along with 10.1 rebounds per game, placing him fourth in the league in this category. Additionally, he averages 5.3 assists per game, 1.6 blocks per game (second-best in the league), and 2.7 steals per game (leading the league) in the 17 games he has played so far. Halums, a naturalized American, has been a key player for Al Faisaly, consistently shining on the court and proving himself as a true champion.
