EuroBasket Pro Yellow Jackets Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Yellow Jackets players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Joel Scott (6'7''-PF-2001, played in 2019-23, plays pro in United Kingdom) led London Lions to a victory over the league outsider Gladiators (1-6) 81-73 in the British SLB in Sunday night's game.
He was MVP of the game. Scott scored 17 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 28 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. London Lions (6-0) is placed first in the SLB.
So far his team won all six games in the Regular Season.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
Scott has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 18.7ppg and 6.3rpg in six games he played so far.
#2. Olafur Gunnlaugsson (6'8''-F-2002, played in 2023-24, plays in Iceland) contributed to Keflavik's victory against one of league's weakest teams Armann (0-4) 107-94 in the Icelandic Subway League last Thursday.
Gunnlaugsson recorded 11 points.
Keflavik IF (3-1) is placed fourth in the Subway League.
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
It's Gunnlaugsson's first year with the team.
This season he averages 9.5ppg, 3.3rpg, 2.0apg and 1.5spg.
#3. Matthew Ragsdale (6'5''-G-2001, played in 2022-24, currently in United Kingdom) faced previously mentioned Joel Scott in the British SLB last game.
Ragsdale, who plays in the British SLB could not help Caledonia Gladiators to beat Lions (6-0).
He scored 6 points in 22 minutes.
The league leader Caledonia Gladiators lost 73-81 on the road to the leading Lions.
Ragsdale has relatively good stats this year 13.1ppg and 1.3rpg in seven games.
#4. Fraser Malcolm (6'6''-F-1996, played in 2015-19, plays pro in United Kingdom) is a teammate of previously mentioned Matthew Ragsdale and both played together in the last British SLB game.
Malcolm was not able to help Caledonia Gladiators (0-0) in their game against Lions (6-0). His contribution was not very remarkable in Sunday's game.
Malcolm scored only 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
The league leader Caledonia Gladiators was defeated 81-73 in London by the leading Lions.
It's Malcolm's seventh season with the team.
This year he averages 3.9ppg, 2.9rpg and 1.6apg.
Malcolm has also British passport.
#5. Snjolfur Stefansson (6'5''-G-1998, played in 2019-21, plays in Iceland) managed to help UMFN Njardvik in a victory against the closely-ranked Tindastoll (3-1) 98-90 in the Icelandic Subway League last Thursday.
He recorded only 3 points in 12 minutes.
UMFN Njardvik (2-2) is placed fifth in the Subway League.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
This year Stefansson averages 1.0ppg in three games.

Kevin Peterson (6'6''-F-1998, played in 2020-21) plays for Sodertalje in Swedish Basketligan
Patrick Mendes (6'5''-G-1995, played in 2015-19) signed for Caceres in Spanish Segunda FEB
Stefan Desnica (6'7''-F-1997, played in 2016-20) plays for Eanna in Irish Super League
