Here is the weekly review of the top performing Bears alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.


   #1. RJ Gunn (6'7''-G/F-1999, played in 2017-21, plays pro in Germany) contributed to a SYNTAINICS MBC Weissenfels' victory against the 12th-ranked Telekom Baskets (1-2) 84-77 in the German BBL in Thursday night's game. He scored 6 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 33 minutes. SYNTAINICS MBC Weissenfels (3-0) is placed third in the BBL. So far his team won all three games in the Regular Season. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Gunn's first year with the team. This season Gunn averages 5.3ppg and 2.3rpg in three games he played so far.

   #2. Emmanuel Wembi (6'9''-C-1997, played in 2017-19, plays in Spain) could not help Menorca (1-1) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Wembi's good performance Menorca was edged71-70 at home by the lower-ranked Palma Fibwi (#12). He scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. But the season just started, so everything may happen. It's Wembi's first year with the team. This season Wembi averages 5.5ppg and 4.0rpg. He is a naturalized Congolese.

JacQues Chambers (6'5''-F, played in 2015-17) plays for Hickory Hoyas in the ECBL
William Perry (6'0''-F-1994, played in 2012-22) plays for Richards Elite in the The Basketball Tournament
Keenan Palmore (6'2''-G-1994, played in 2015-16) played for Stone Mountain Strong Steppers in the ABA
Jonathan Jean (5'10''-PG-1996, played in 2018-19) plays for Tampa Bay Titans in the TBL
