Here is the weekly review of the top performing Spartans alumni, who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Duke Shelton (6'10''-F-95, graduated '18, plays pro in Slovakia) could not help Lucenec (5-26) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the bottom-ranked Lucenec lost 78-83 at home to the higher-ranked (#7) Handlova. Shelton had a double-double by scoring 24 points and getting 16 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) in 37 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his first season in pro basketball. Shelton's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. Shelton has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 18.7ppg, 8.4rpg, 1.9apg and 1.6spg in 31 games he played so far.

#2. DeMarco Foster (6'3''-G/F-91, graduated '14, plays in Bosnia) led Bratunac to an easy victory against the fourth-ranked Bosna-Royal (0-2) 91-75 in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I last Saturday. He recorded 12 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists. KK Bratunac (1-1) is placed third in Places 7-10 group. It was his team's first victory after four consecutive loses. They will play only one more game in the Second Stage. And now that game is very crucial. This season Foster averages 7.3ppg, 1.3rpg, 2.7apg and 1.3spg.

#3. Marcelo Ruediger (6'10''-C-93, graduated '17, currently in Brazil) was not able to help Brasilia in their game against Flamengo (22-4) in the Brazilian NBB. It was not Ruediger's best game last Sunday. He recorded only 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 20 minutes. Brasilia was crushed 97-54 on the road by the leading Flamengo. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. This year Ruediger averages 1.2ppg and 2.4rpg in 17 games.

#4. Experienced Sylvere Bryan (6'10''-C-81, graduated '02, plays pro in Italy) managed to help Ristopro Fabriano to win against the fourth-ranked Pescara (17-7) 77-62 in the Italian Serie B (third division) in Sunday night's game. He scored only 3 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Ristopro Fabriano (17-7) is placed third in Group C. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be extremely important. This season Bryan averages 9.0ppg, 9.3rpg and 1.6apg. He has also Italian passport.
