Experienced Chris Ware (6'8''-C-1989, played in 2011-12, plays pro in Argentina) was the major contributor in Atenas' victory against the second-ranked Racing (22-10) crushing them 80-57 in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division) in Friday night's game. He scored 12 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 21 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Conferencia Norte. Atenas Cordoba (22-6) is placed second in Conferencia Norte. It was his team's ninth consecutive victory in a row. This year Ware averages 7.7ppg and 4.6rpg in 32 games he played so far.
