#1. Shawn Scott (6'1''-G-1996, played in 2014-18, plays pro in Germany) could not help Hagen BG (19-5) in their last game. Despite Scott's very good performance the second-placed Hagen BG (19-5) lost 77-82 on the road to the lower-ranked (#3) Wulfen in the West group. He was the top scorer with 20 points. Scott also added 6 boards, dished 3 assists and stole 3 balls in 32 minutes. It was Hagen BG's first loss after twelve consecutive victories. The Regular Season already ended. It's Scott's first season with the team. He has individually a very good year with high stats. Scott averages 29.6ppg, 9.6rpg, 5.9apg and 2.8spg in 23 games he played so far. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
#2. Patrick White (6'4''-G-1996, played in 2018-19, plays in the TBL) led Cincinnati Warriors to a victory over the Glass City Wranglers (0-5) 106-97 in the TBL on Friday night. White was MVP of the game. He recorded 29 points (!!!). The Cincinnati Warriors have 2-3 record this season. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. This year White has very high stats. He averages 19.7ppg, 5.7rpg, 1.7apg and 1.3spg.
#3. Ronald Washington (6'9''-F-1998, played in 2019-22, currently in the TBL) contributed to a Lebanon Leprechauns' victory against the Medora Timberjacks (3-2) 127-119 in the TBL in Sunday night's game. Washington scored 17 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 31 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. The Lebanon Leprechauns have not so impressive 1-5 record this season. It was his team's first victory after five consecutive loses. But the season just started, so everything may happen. Washington has very impressive stats this year 15.8ppg, 7.0rpg, 1.6apg and 1.4spg in five games.
#4. Luiz Machado Jr. (6'7''-F-1998, played in 2020-23, plays pro in Brazil) was not able to help U.Corinthians (10-20) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite his good performance U.Corinthians was crushed106-72 in Sao Paulo by the much higher-ranked Paulistano (#7). Machado Jr. was the second best scorer with 14 points. He also added 3 passes. It's Machado Jr.'s first season with the team. This year Machado Jr. averages 3.7ppg and 1.4rpg. He is a naturalized Brazilian.
