#1. Wesley Russell (6'4''-G-1993, played in 2014-14, plays pro in Brazil). Russell could not help Blumenau (1-2) to beat Osasco (2-1) in the Brazilian CBB (second division). He scored 7 points in 22 minutes. The first-placed Blumenau (1-2) was edged59-56 at home by the lower-ranked Osasco (#3) in the Final Four group. It's Russell's first season with the team. Russell has relatively good stats this year 10.7ppg, 6.4rpg, 4.3apg and 1.6spg. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
