   #1. Experienced champion Jerron Jamerson, a 6'5'' guard at 34 years old who graduated from Goshen in 2014 and received an All-Crossroads League Honorable Mention award that year, currently plays professionally in Australia. Recently, he played a crucial role in leading the Mackay Meteors to a thrilling 92-89 victory over the ninth-ranked Townsville Heat (2-4) in the Australian NBL One, the second division league, on Friday night. In an intense match, Jamerson showcased his skills by contributing 16 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists in just 28 minutes of gameplay. As a finalist, Jamerson's stellar performance proved instrumental in securing the win for his team against Townsville Heat. His impressive stat line of 16 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists highlighted his versatility and leadership on the court, further solidifying his reputation as a champion. Currently, the Mackay Meteors (4-3) hold the sixth position in the North group standings, with Jamerson's exceptional contributions playing a significant role in the team's success. Throughout the season, Jamerson has maintained high averages of 18.0 points per game, 4.4 rebounds per game, and 3.4 assists per game. His consistent performance and valuable contributions have not only elevated his individual standing but have also significantly impacted the overall success of the Mackay Meteors.
