#1. Gerardo Isla (6'7''-PF-1991, played in 2012-14, plays pro in Chile) led Valdivia to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked Castro (0-10) 80-65 in the Chilean LNB last Saturday. He scored 13 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in a mere 19 minutes. Club Deportivo Valdivia (7-1) is placed second in Group South. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Isla has relatively good stats this year 11.0ppg, 8.3rpg and 2.0apg in four games he played so far.
#2. Jackson Dubinski (6'1''-G-1996, played in 2014-18, plays in North Macedonia) was the major contributor in a Euro Nickel's victory against the closely-ranked Ohrid AV (1-7) crushing them 100-59 in the North Macedonian Prva Liga on Saturday night. Dubinski recorded a double-double by scoring 15 points and making 10 passes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. KK Euro Nickel 2005 Kavadarci (5-2) is placed third in the Prva Liga. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Dubinski has relatively good stats this year 11.3ppg, 2.6rpg and 4.9apg. He is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
#3. Jack Fritsche (6'6''-SF-1996, played in 2019-21, currently in Germany) contributed to an easy victory against the 14th-ranked SSV Lok Bernau (1-7) crushing them 107-85 in the German ProB (third division) in Saturday night's game. Fritsche scored 10 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 23 minutes. Itzehoe Eagles (2-6) is placed 12th in North group. It was his team's first victory after four consecutive loses. But the season just started, so everything may happen. This year Fritsche averages 9.9ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.1apg in seven games.
#4. Chima Oduocha (6'8''-C-1998, played in 2021-22, plays pro in Iceland) managed to help Akranes IA to win against the closely-ranked Thor AK (4-4) 85-81 in the Icelandic D1 (second division) last Friday. He recorded only 2 points. Akranes IA (3-4) is placed seventh in the D1. But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen. This season Oduocha averages 9.0ppg and 6.3rpg. He is a naturalized Nigerien.
