Delon McCloud, guard from the Rio Grande Redstorm, was named the Player of the Year at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. He received multiple other awards, was voted the Newcomer of the Year and was selected to the First Team. McCloud averaged almost 21 points and 4 rebounds per game in the league. He has totalled 11 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 4 games. McCloud's 41 points against the Ky Christian were the most he scored in the 25 26 season. Among many awards McCloud's team was the regular season runner-up in the MCCAA Northern Conference for two years in a row (2023 and 2024).

Jason Steele, forward from the Shawnee State University, earned a spot in the First Team at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. With Steele's excellent performance, the Shawnee State University achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 24 to 5 in the regular season. He registered almost 11 points and 5 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Steele's 23 points against the Cumberlands were the most he scored in the 25 26 season. Steele's team was the regular season runner-up in the NEC in 2025.
Amari Wales, guard from the Midway Eagles, was voted to the First Team of National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. He averaged almost 17 points and over 4 rebounds per game in the league. Wales has totalled 7 games of 20 or more points on the year. His 35 points against the Lindsey Wilson were the most he scored in the 25 26 season. He was selected to the All-RSC Second Team in 2025.
