EuroBasket Pro Bobcats Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Bobcats players who are currently playing in pro basketball.



   #1. David Wingett (6'7''-F-1998, played in 2022-24, plays pro in Portugal) contributed to a Vitoria SC's victory against the league outsider Galomar (2-19) 85-74 in the Portuguese Liga Betclic on Saturday night. He scored 6 points in 24 minutes. Vitoria SC/Costa Guerreiro Lda. (9-12) is placed eighth in the Liga Betclic. Wingett's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. It's Wingett's first season with the team. This year he averages 9.5ppg, 4.3rpg and 1.3apg.

   #2. Henry Tanksley (6'4''-G-1999, played in 2019-22, plays in Austria). He could not help Kapfenberg Bulls (7-1) to beat Gunners Oberwart (7-3) in the Austrian BSL. Tanksley scored 7 points. The first-placed Kapfenberg Bulls (7-1) lost 84-90 on the road to the leading Gunners Oberwart in the Places 7-11 group. It's Tanksley's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year 12.7ppg, 3.0rpg, 1.9apg and 1.3spg in 31 games he played so far.

   #3. Jibril Maurice Harris (6'8''-F-1999, played in 2021-23, currently in Albania), who plays in the Albanian Superliga was not able to help one of league's weakest teams Apolonia (9-11) in their game last Sunday. Despite his good performance Apolonia was edged69-66 at home by the second-ranked Teuta. Maurice Harris recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting 12 rebounds in 32 minutes. Maurice Harris has relatively good stats this season 14.3ppg, 10.8rpg and 2.3apg.

   #4. Lyletacoma Hexom (6'8''-F-1995, played in 2016-19, plays pro in the TBL) was not able to secure a victory for the Great Falls Electric (12-1) in their game against the Wenatchee Bighorns (10-4) in the TBL, despite his good performance last Friday. Hexom had a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 14 rebounds. But the Great Falls Electric lost 114-118 in Wenatchee to the Bighorns. It was Electric's first loss after twelve consecutive victories. Hexom has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages 18.6ppg, 9.3rpg, 1.5bpg and 1.9spg in 11 games.

   #5. Brandon Jones (6'6''-F-1996, played in 2018-19, plays in the TBL) is a teammate of previously mentioned Lyletacoma Hexom and both played together in the last TBL game. Jones couldn't help the Great Falls Electric (12-1) in their game against the Wenatchee Bighorns (10-4). He did not have that impressive stats last Friday. Jones scored only one point in 13 minutes. The Great Falls Electric was defeated 118-114 in Wenatchee by the Bighorns. This season Jones averages 6.3ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.7apg.

Sayvon Traylor (6'5''-G, played in 2022-24) played for Zaporizhye in Ukrainian Superleague few monts ago
Ante Martinac (6'4''-G-1998, played in 2019-20) plays for Hermes in Croatian Prva Liga
William Lybaek (6'2''-G-1997, played in 2020-21) played for Kongsberg in Norwegian BLNO last year
William Benjamin (6'10''-C-1993, played in 2016-16) plays for Western Oklahoma Sky Kings in the TBL
Lorenzo Anderson (6'3''-G-2000, played in 2022-23) played for Valletta Lions in Maltese BOV League D1 last year
