EuroBasket Pro Conquistadors Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Conquistadors players who are currently playing in pro basketball.
#1. Girardi Cubillan (6'6''-F-1999, played in 2022-24, plays pro in Venezuela). He could not help Gaiteros (12-13) to beat Piratas (15-9) in the Venezuelan SPB.
Cubillan scored only 4 points in 10 minutes.
The sixth-placed Gaiteros (12-13) lost 61-73 on the road to the higher-ranked (#4) Piratas in the Group II.
The Regular Season already ended.
This year Cubillan averages 2.0ppg and 1.5rpg in two games he played so far.
#2. Manyiel Wugol (6'6''-G/F-1999, played in 2022-23, plays in Australia) was not able to help Southwest Slammers in their game against Lightning (7-14) in the Australian NBL One (second division).
He scored 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
The 12th-placed Southwest Slammers (6-15) were edged79-77 in North Lake by the higher-ranked Lightning (#10) in the West group.
It was Southwest Slammers' first loss after three consecutive victories.
Wugol's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical.
This season Wugol averages 8.7ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.1apg.
He has also Australian citizenship.
#3. Ryan Blanchett (6'8''-F/C-1996, played in 2014-18, currently in Australia) managed to help Geraldton Buccaneers in a victory against the seventh-ranked Magic (12-9) 115-100 in the Australian NBL One (second division) on Saturday night.
Blanchett recorded only 2 points in 8 minutes on the court.
Geraldton Buccaneers (19-2) are placed first in West group.
His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial.
It's Blanchett's first season with the team.
This year Blanchett averages 4.3ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.2apg in 20 games.
#4. Jordan Cardenas (6'9''-C-1998, played in 2019-20, plays pro in Bolivia) led Tarija Basquet to a victory over the seventh-ranked Carl A-Z (6-11) 90-72 in the Bolivian Libobasquet in Tuesday night's game.
He was MVP of the game. Cardenas recorded 20 points and grabbed 9 rebounds.
Tarija Basquet (14-4) is placed second in the Libobasquet.
It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row.
Cardenas has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 18.1ppg, 11.1rpg and 1.1apg.
