EuroBasket Pro Hornets Weekly Update

We bring you last week's top former Hornets players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

   #1. Malik Wineglass (6'8''-C-1993, played in 2014-17, plays pro in Colombia). He could not help Cimarrones del Choco (3-13) to beat Motilones (10-4) in the Colombian Liga WPlay. Wineglass recorded 8 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 27 minutes. It was his first game for Cimarrones del Choco this season. The bottom-ranked Cimarrones del Choco was badly defeated89-73 on the road by the higher-ranked (#3) Motilones. It was Cimarrones del Choco's fourth consecutive loss in a row.

   #2. Deshawn Munson (6'4''-G-1995, played in 2018-18, plays in the TBL) led Potawatomi Fire to an easy victory against the Wichita Skykings (5-14) crushing them 146-126 in the TBL last Saturday. He recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 25 rebounds. Munson also added 9 assists. The Potawatomi Fire has a very good 19-0 record this season. So far his team won all nineteen games in the 1/8 Finals. Munson has individually a very good season with high stats. He averages 15.5ppg, 11.5rpg, 6.3apg and 1.1spg.

   #3. Experienced Dallis Johnson (6'6''-PF-1989, played in 2011-13, currently in the TBL) contributed to a St. Louis Griffins' victory against the Kokomo Bobkats (14-9) 81-77 in the TBL on Monday night. Johnson scored 6 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in only 10 minutes. The St. Louis Griffins have quite an impressive 16-2 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Johnson averages 6.4ppg and 4.5rpg in 10 games he played so far.

   #4. Jamarr Joseph (6'3''-SG-1997, played in 2019-22, plays pro in the TBL) managed to help Albany Patroons to win against the Reading Rebels (18-5) 131-120 in the TBL in Tuesday night's game. Joseph recorded only 4 points. It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in group Travel Teams. The Albany Patroons have a very solid 16-5 record this season. It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. This season Joseph averages 5.2ppg and 1.8rpg. Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.
